This is a terrible innocent tragedy, we now learn from the media what goes on at our airports with these baggage handlers there error may cost an innocent person their life and its now time for our government to step in and bring Schapelle home

There is no way as a parent, mother and citizen of Australia that I wil tolerate Schapelle Corby's life be governed by the Indonesian law which is intolerant of justice and a fair trial. Return Schapelle a.s.a.p or else I know of many other folk like myself who will no longer visit the area for any reason. We no longer permit our family to go anywhere near the shores of Indonesia this will only get progressively worse unless faith is restored to our nation and send the girl back to Australia.
We wake up everyday with our first thoughts of Schapelle. Our Govt must solve this problem for Australians. Why should we be afraid everyday because our Australian daughter is under so much threat, on behalf of everyone who has ever travelled to Bali? Get her home free right now.

I am writing from nz and this whole this is a horror show. I am crying as I read what happened at the trial and what is happening to Schapelle Corby. I am heart broken for this beautiful and innocent girl. Too many corrupt officals in the world. Bring her back to Australia. I for one will never ever visit Bali and tell all my friends not to go there also.
JOHN HOWARD @ your government. You MUST intervene in Schapelles' case. She is being used as a scapegoat for corrupt people in the (supposed) judicial system. I know Bali has there own laws regarding illegal drugs. But SOMEONE has to stand up and speak out for our fellow Australian to show the CORRUPT BIGWIGS of the world that there time of reigning is coming to an end.Why are the leaders around the world SCARED to stand up and fight tooth and nail against DRUGS AND CORRUPTION. Dont push this case under the carpet. Something HAS to be done NOW,TODAY to show that the fight against corruption has finally begun. SHAME ON THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT. My family and I recently travelled to Bali and after what happened to Shapelle we left for our holliday with great trepidition. We had no problems whats so ever, but after seeing Bali and the conditions that the local people live in I can only imagine the sort of hell hole that any jail in Bali would be like. Also after the recent debaukle with the corrupt baggage handlers in sydney, I think it is obvious to anyone that Schapelle is innocent of the crime she is charged with, so please would the Australian Government and Mr Howard do everything in their power to bring this innocent child of Australia home where she belongs.

Why is not someone in in the Government, in authority, demanding this girl be given a fair and honest trial, apart from the fact she seems innocent of the charge and the bungling of the Indonesian judicial system?

Its time Australia grew up and said to the world "we are not adolescent children of America... we love and protect our own...We respect your culture and laws but respect ours... we are not going to allow a citzen of ours to be subjected to this abuse just to maintain friendly trade agreements with a neighbour.
I am not Australian, I am Canadian, I am appalled at the lack of support by the Australian Government. This young woman is innocent and the Australian Government should be requesting help from the United Nations to secure her release just as they have done for the hostage in Iraq, both are innocent victims.

Now we see the real truth, the evidence is there with the Sydney Baggage handlers being caught for smuggling through cocaine & have been doing so for quiet some time with payoffs. Maybe now they will believe her, & who would smuggle drugs into Bali to loose thousands of dollars doesnt make sense. Would the Indonesian prosecutors and AFP's Mick Keelty please explain to the Australian people their thinking regarding the logic of a young woman trying to smuggle drugs INTO Bali rather than OUT of Bali. They are cheaper and plentiful in Bali, as in all Indonesia. Sorry guys, your rationale is utterly improbable. So, what's the real agenda going on here? Please explain.
I am outraged by Mick Keelty's comments throughout the Corby case. The text and timing of his remarks create the perception that he is either incompetent, operating to a secret agenda or deliberately trying to stitch her up. His comments appear to reflect a strangely undemocratic and totally un-Australian view that Corby is guilty until proven innocent. He should either seek to explain himself and if needed, apologise, or resign in recognition of the needless suffering he has helped cause through his remarks. Throughout this issue he has appeared to be feeding the Indonesian prosecution team with unbalanced remarks he must, as a seasoned Policeman, know will clearly influence the case. He has also shown a level of callousness one doesn't usually associate with an Australian public servant. In any event, Iit is my view he has damaged the office of Chief Commissioner of the AFP and lost the respect and trust of a large number of Australians.
Honestly, if i was here i wouldnt be able to take all this crap going on... i feel so sorry for her, she is innocent... just an innocent girl travelling... she shouldnt be punished for a crime she did not commit... every time i see her on t.v i feel like crying... she is a human and she is a beautiful young girl who deserves to have her life back. she is innocent! set her free!
obviously we need alot more signatures than 0.01% of australia. if everyone that visits this site from here on out gets 3 people to visit and sign the petition we would be alot closer to 1000000. For instance if just 10 people who visited "payed it foward" by the sixth "generation" of people that knew we would have another 3640 signatures. JUST 10 PEOPLE!!!
