All questions of guilt aside - and I believe that Schapelle is innocent - why can't we have a bilateral agreement with Indonesia and other countries such that if you commit an offence over there you automatically get deported back to your home country for trial / prison time?
Schapelle is innocent! I know this because I heard a rumour that ‘Schapelle’ is a name that means something along the lines of ‘Beauty student who travels to another country but unwittingly carries something illegal’.
We are all thinking and feeling with you. How can it be that Schapelle is up for life in a bali prison and the bali bombers literally get away with murder. With all the help Australia has done to help out Indonesia recently, this is not the way to boost tourism over there and say thankyou to Australia. Surely it is clear her bags were tampered with.Travel to any country especially Indonesia for a holiday is just to high a price, while baggage handlers are able to have accessable access to our luggage.

Schapelle is completely innocent, innocent, innocent. The judical system in Bali is totally unprofessional for a court without a juror, but then again who would believe the INDONEASIAN. Bring her back home and let her rest

You look like such a nice people I couldnt imagine what it must be like to go through such a traumatic experience.
Me and my friends have boycotted Bali and will never go back if you are found guilty.
I see these people as evil and hate filled now and I have lost alot of respect for the country there people and there legal system.

It does not take much to work out Schapelle is innocent. It has already been proven how easy it is to tamper with the bags at Australian Airports. Free her.
In deed, why? Why is no one asking the question: does it make sense to import drugs to Bali, when the street value is higher here? Surely that is enough to give credence to her story? Or do they think that she is going to smoke 4kg???!! Think people! Think, damn it!
why would you buy drugs in Australia to take INTO Bali (where they're cheaper to buy). Why would you just throw them in an unsecure bag wrapped in plastic? Come on ... her bags have obviously been tampered with and Schapelle is innocent. FREE AN INNOCENT WOMAN. NOW.
I hope that not only is Schapelle brought home quickly but that she is brought home a free woman. I don't beleive she should receive any further punishment for the crime committed against her ... not by her.

Bali says that this young woman has placed the Indoneasian tourist industry in danger by what she has allegedly done. Wrong. Their tourist industry has been damaged by their own utterly inhumane treatment of Ms Corby and their obvious dislike of Australians in genral. The Bali bomber practically got a pat on the back for mass murder compared to what Ms Corby could get for a crime she most likely did not commit. For that reason I will never again set foot on Indoneasion soil.

After reading what has happened to this woman I can only say that there is more than a resonable doubt and this woman should be returned home. If this has happened in Austrillia or even in my native country the United States to an Indonesian national the prosecution would have been over once it had been revieled she was not a drug user. Her blood tests showed that. That there have been breaches in even our tighest security we've had mock bombs end up at end destinations which where designed to be found before the plane even left the ground. This is of course embarrassing the likelyhood this woman had her unsecured luggage tampered with is within reason. And the drugs themselves had been mishandled by authorities so as to render finger printing impossible. Again, had this happened in the States or anywhere else to an indonesian, the prosecution would have been stopped by the judge in question and the case would have been thrown out as it would be too embarassing to continue with the preponderance of the evidence showing that the individual is not a user has no criminal history and is in no way a hooligan of any sort. In short this is a travisty in itself and should come to an end by her being returned to her native country of Austrillia.

Australia is standing behind Schapelle. We believe she is innocent and should be returned to her home and family. My prayers are with this poor young girl who was without a doubt set up. Send her home!!!
It would be wrong to let an innocent person be found guilty of a wrong doing by someone else. Bring her home and let her stand a fair trial, one where justice can prevail.

Do you actually have any faith in our elected (don't blame ME for that)leaders to protect you, your friends or family if arrested overseas? Not me. John Howard, heres a big vote of no confidence from me. Anyway, taking cannabis to Indonesia is as logical as buying cocaine in Sydney and smuggling it to Columbia-pointless! eskimos don't buy ice. she didn't do it, thats more than obvious.
The Australian government should know that the world is watching. We are always hearing about how Australia is all about democracy and liberty. Is it just lip service? Come on Downer. Isn't this what diplomacy is meant to be about? This is your job - find some backbone and do it.
