The Indonesian Legal System probably is fair. However, a judge who has convicted every one of his 500 odd cases does show himself to be fair & impartial, but rather one who convicts to show to his government that he is doing his job. It is blatantly clear that Schapelle is innocent. She has all the demeanour of one who has not committed a crime. Please bring her home and set her free. And please bring together the Federal Police, the Federal Airports Corporation and all the airlines to conduct a full enquiry into the baggage handlers issues. The practice of using innocent travellers' baggage as drugs transport should be viciously and forcefully stamped out.

I am shocked upset and more then a little angry by the injustice perpetrated upon Schapelle by the Indonesian gov't. I also find the comments by the Aus PM hard to swallow, when he says there is nothing he can do. How about urging everybody to boycott Indonesia and any products from there until Schapelle is given justice and not blind and malicious prosecution. If the Aus PM cannot protect and support the people he is "serving", perhaps its time for him to step aside and allow somebody who is not intimadeted by Indonesian prosecutors. To top it all off it now appears the prosecution will appeal? How is it possible that convicted bomber/murderer gets 2 years in jail for taking so many innocent lives, yet this young lady and many more like her face long prison sentences and perhaps even worse fates. I am outraged to the point that I am planning to start a boycott of Indonesia and products from Indonesia until they show me that human lives are more important then their own anti Marijuana agenda. In closing I would like to let the Corby family and especially Schapelle know that they are in my thoughts and prayers and wish them a quick and happy resolution to this outrageous injustice.

I call on all SURFERS, all AMERICANS, all HERBALISTS, all EUROPEANS, all JAPANESE and HAWAIIANS, all FREEDOM LOVERS to BOYCOTT BALI & INDONESIA!!! Please send these boycott notes to your representatives & google "Boycott Bali"... then "cc" or fwd. your messages to the Indonesian embassies! This way we will pressure this oppressive Theocracy into a civilized diplomatic resolution. Our people must have the same standards of JUSTICE wherever they may travel! If this were an AMERICAN, we would be calling for military intervention! Death sentences for possession of herbs? What kind of witch-burning madness is plaguing this world? Pledge your economic influence, because this is what despots fear the most, unless they are are completely mad.

Stop blaming John Howard, think outside the square and realise that he is trying to do everything he can in this situation. This is not our PM's fault, its a simple injustice that has tragically gone wrong. Lets look into ways to help her out of this situation and not blaming, this is not what she wants at this traumatic time.

How have previous traffickers responded when the decision was handed down to them in an Indo court?? With some sort of acceptance if they were guilty, I presume. But, yesterday I seen a girl emotionally and physically tortured. Innocence and sincerity were written all over her. Now, I`m a lover of animmals, and I would never stand by and watch even an animal tolerate this sort of intimidation and worldly injustice. To scope the degree of our outrage, apparently there is now a contract out the lives of those judges.

I hate to believe that she's guilty but I cannot bring myself to accept that 3 highly intelligent, experienced and respected men of the law can arrive at their decision to convict Ms Corby without careful and trained consideration. I do not believe they get any joy from convicting foreigners of drug crimes. This is the overwhelming public feeling but it is a myth. They could only act on the evidence presented to them by the prosecution and defence. They are not responsible for the circumstances surrounding the allegation. My heart goes out to Schapelle regardless of her guilt or innocence. The hardest thing in a case such as this is to the remove the emotion. I,like probably most of you do not know the facts and have not nearly the understanding of this case as the Judges. I'd be kidding myself if I believed my opinion was even nearly as qualified as the men who have presided over this case for the past few months. I sincerely wish Schapelle the best and hope she finds the strength to deal with the situation she has now found herself in.

From a NZ viewpoint - the very idea of this happening is abhorent. Is there any chance we can get America involved in this - then we can blow that shitty little country out of existance. After Sharpelle is extracted of course. Sounds a little over the top - well - thats whats happening at the moment. And well-meaning words dont seem to be doing a damn thing to help an innocent girl return home to her family. This has blatantly been a case of "Guilty until proven innocent." No one there has "Proven" her guilt. Release her. And as for the rest of the world - please condemn Indonesia, and Boycott it in every way possible. Oh - and Mr Bush - if u could spare a Seal Team...

Such countries are too harsh in these respects. To hell with coddling their brutal outlook. I hope Ms. Corby's government/protectorsteps in immediately! The Indonesian gov. largely treat their citizens like garbage and now they are trying to frame yet another innocent from outside their realm. For how vengeful this government is, it is one of the most internally corrupt. Why should such a woman die in their hands? There is a point to which we must respect foreign law, but not in this case.
