Schapelle MUST be released. It is a disgrace that the conspirator of the Bali bombings gets a slap on the wrist, yet an Australian National gets 20 years for a crime, she obviously did not commit. It is hightime that the Australian Government stepped in and brings her home. The judge of the case is obviously prejudiced in the fact that in 500 cases he has declard all guilty. This is not a just or fair decision.

the present leader and "father" of the people of australia, is gutless!!!He surely could have done some bargaining with the indonesians, after all we donate millions to them in aid and the people of australia have shown their compassion to the indonesian people after the tsunami, but there is nothing in return on their part. its not the fault of the ordinary indonesians, who probably suffer under the regime but I am sure a lot more could have been done to help. Our Anzacs brave young men fought to keep this country free, but we are being beaten by diplomats,and by all they do. the heirarchy in Indonesia look at us distainfully. Did you see "Compassion" on the faces of any of the judges.

I have no judgement on whether she is innocent or guilty, my only feeling is that she should be tried here in Australia fairly no in some pig pens in Indonesia with judges who have about as much knowledge as I do. To think of all the money we inveted in the Tsunami appeal you would think that they would send her home for a fair trial. The government should be shot for their lack of compassion.

I think the Australian Government & our PM Mr Howard should be doing more. The evidence put forward by the procescutor seems strong in one way but tainted in another. No finger printing of bag, possiblity of language barrier from custom officals with more than enough time between incident and trial to teach custom officals enough english to say clearly in court "is this your bag" and not to mention the fact that once luggage is checked in it is hours before the rightful owner claims luggage at their final destination. Many opportunities for tampering to occur. These points in themselves should be fought to present a strong and convincing case for Schapelle. We as Australians believe in justice and the right for a fair trial, what Schapelle has received is far from justice & fair. Innocent or not only Schapelle knows the truth and it is what's in her heart that will get her through, but in saying this I do not believe that so many Australian who have good judge of character can be wrong in believing Schapelle is innocent. All i can say is an innocent Schapelle is in our prayers and that God will strenghen her through this time & that the power of prayer can do amazing things. Innocence deserves freedom!!!!!!!

i am one of the many supporters of Schapelle Corby, i strongly believer in schapelle's innocence, not simply 'not guilty' rather 'innocent' there is a major difference between the two. i also happen to agree with the tens of thousands of other Australians who believe that our federal government's aid (or lack thereof) for the Corby case has been nothing short of appalling.
