I support the Law that is applied justly. The Australian Government should not get involved just to try and win votes by providing finance to support the lawyers that could be defending a person who is involved in drug smuggling. Have just returned from Bali. Had padlocks broken off bags before they got thru. customs!! Discovered the corruption in the policeforce in Bali first hand just because of surf boards on our roof racks and we were a family travelling with children!!!
Schapelle is incocent and she must be released. Australians have supported your country in many ways such as tourism and humanitarian aide. It would be a shame if all this stopped.

Schapelle Corby is 100% inocent.. The australian government should bring her home. Its fine for the Australian government to enter a country like Iraq and tell them that they dont live correctly but they cant interfere with a system that is convicting inocent people such as Schapelle. I will never travel to Bali again.. not in my life. Bali needs australians to help their way of klife and the system is screwing it all up.. i dont think many people will go back to that place again.

I can not believe that a person who killed hundreds of innocent people only gets sentenced to 2 years in jail by the Indonesian judicial system, but an innocent person who was just in the wrong place at the wrong time can get 20 years. Our government must be able to do more to free Schapelle or at least bring her back to Australia...
I think there justice system sucks, and how can we possibly respect there system when the bali bombing mastermind got stuff all, and killed 209 people, when there was enough evidence to prove Shapelles innocence, that they just wouldnt even accept, and she gets 20 years. I think its absolutely disgusting, especially after all the help we have given that country. I have always wanted to go to Bali, but not anymore.

Bring the poor girl home. She hasn't done anything wrong. The prosecutors are probably just making the whole story up, well, that's what I think anyways. If she said that someone tampered with her bag, then she has a right to find out who did it. That person should be on trial, not her. She's the innocent victim of a crime that she hasn't even committed. I personally believe that the Australian Government isn't doing much to help her when they should be because she's an Australian, and she has every right to get help from her own government. I understand that a lot of tourists are "abused" for drug traffic and therefore sent to jail although being innocent. There has to be put an end to that!

I am not close enough to all the details to know if Schapelle is innocent. Our International Law expert says there is a lot of evidence to support the conviction. What I would expect is for Australia to carry out the sentence or a version under our law. No prisoner should be kept in a foreign country to carry out a sentence. This makes economic sense at the very least for the country supporting her in food and basic needs.
