I think she has been harshally treated, and as we are regular visitors to Bali, it worries me if something goes wrong you are left on your own and Aussies need support overseas, when there is not enought evidence, if guilty you deserve the punishment, but any doubt !!!!

The imprisonment of Ms. Corby does nothing to stop the smuggling of dope into any nation. As a matter of fact it speaks volumes to the true smugglers. They can get away with it, and they will never get caught. Did anyone bother to check out the workers who were working at the customs gate where Corby¡¦s luggage was suppose to arrive. Indonesian courts are apparently a case of 'guilty until proven innocent'
and, innocent or guilty, prison for a marajuana offence is ridiculous so since we must respect another countries laws the only choice is to never ever go there. It's not worth the risk. I will make sure that even my stop-overs don't go anywhere near Indonesia.

Convicting anyone to a 20 year jail sentence for something like this is human rights abuse - it is not law - the judges should be the ones spending 20 years in jail. They are the criminals. The drug is only as bad as alcohol and prescription drugs - it is even less harmful that alcohol
I think Shapelle is innocent, but whether she is or not, it was not proven that she was guilty, and she should not be imprisioned. They say she must plead gilty to get a pardon .. how can she plead guilty if she is innocent ? Schapelle used to serve me "battered savs" at her mum's shop in Southport. She was always a very pleasant young lady and I absolutely believe in her innocence. If boycotting Bali is the only thing we can do to make our Govt realise our acute displeasure then let it be so. Bring her home. Sarah Viney is my little sister in law and she used to do drugs with schapelle at a younger age. Sarah now assures me that it was only "when they were kids" and this is just a horrible mistake. Lets hope its true.
