Although i think that true justice demands the arrest and punishment of that particular cartoonist alongwith the editor of that newspaper only.but i support this petition because muslims need to unite against this menace.the Danish government should ban such freedom that distortes the character of a messenger of God.Muhammad (pbuh) is as much respectful for us as Jesus and Moses are.so, if the Danish government has any shred of honour and respect for religious values of people,regardless of being Muslim, Christian or Jew, they should punish that cartoonist and editor of the paper and apologize to muslims all over the world.
