So first of all, though I would want to say this is not a statement, clearly it is. But, I would like to see this as expressing myself and explaning how I feel about this situation.
If you agree or dissagree, either way, please say it. Cause I think its important to know what other people think. I also wanted to make clear that I’m not a pychologist, or anything close to that. I’m just a fan, and I don’t have any other relationship with Britney than the relationship Britney Spears – Fans. The kind of relationship a lot of people have with her.

Let me start with the beginning. (wich is logical, but okay)
Some people have said she doesn’t care about her fans. I find that unbelievable. She wrote a letter to us to explane her situation right now, and the situation she was in a couple months ago. Of course it was a public letter. But it did say “Dear Fans.� And it didn’t say “Dear People Magazine� or “Dear Fox Networks�. Wich, I think makes my point clear that she does care about her fans. The message was just blown up by the media, like always and like expected.

We, the fans, should keep on supporting in every way. Lets face it: we’re all she’s got. Its her and her fans against the media rage, the haters and the people who don’t realise she’s a human being (no matter what).
If you scratch the fans, she’s all alone.
And the truth is; she’ll always be famous too. Its not like she can go back to Kentwood any time and just work at a Wal-Mart out there. She can’t go back and rewind. That is for her personal life, but also for her career.
She was made to be famous. If I can’t say she was ‘made’.
So I cant say it enough: don’t let her go. Certainly not in these times where romours are the main thing why she keeps on stealing the headlines. Every single day, new lies are printed. And millions of people are reading those lies. I know, or at least, I think, that some of the things they say about her ARE TRUE. There will always be some truth in it. But most things are crap and are rude ways to make money.
I also know she has done some bad things. Not only before rehab, but also after rehab. She has made some mistakes. And some of them, she could have easily prevented.

But the more I see those mistakes, or those faults, the more I question myself: Why do I even care?
We know she’s not a crazy *****. Okay, she is. But not it that negative way the media claims her to be. We know we love her. No matter why, or no matter since when.
We are not the people who don’t know what a great person she really is. Some of those people did know it, but don’t want to anymore. Some people are in denail or won’t admit it. And those people are the people WE have to reach.
I’m not trying to make her look like a saint. I’m also not defending her on everything she does or says. That’s up to her or someone close to her. But I am trying to say that we should support her. Certainly now, right before her “big comeback.�

Don’t get me wrong, its good to critize her. Because sometimes, she does need to change things. But some people/fans are so negative about things she’s done, I wonder why you are still a fan.Why do you keep on hanging around in those Britney fansites?

For me the reason is clear: I care about her. I don’t know why, cause I don’t know her at all, but I just do. And maybe that’s also your reason.
So if you still care, sign the petiton.
Let the world know your out there. Cause a lot of people are not aware about the power of Britney anymore. That power used to be huge, now its almost gone.
You don’t have to shout it out at school, work or family. You just have to sign the petition.
Don’t do it to prove it to yourself.Do it to prove to the world, to the people. Thank you. Emily.
