If we go in the past for a certain period we will notice that the best and biggest ratings including best performances happened during the period of 2000-2003!Those 4 years have lifted VMA up to a higher level and of course it was reflected by who else than Britney with most amazing performances such as premiere of SLAVE and 2003 LIKE A VIRGIN!! This really sucks as much as the fact she did not win any VMA so far!!!
