MTV solely uses Britney for ratings. 2000,2001,2003 VMA's had great rating. Isn't it starnge the geat ratings happened that she performed. She's been nominated every year since 1999 and hasn't won. Mtv should be ashamed of themselves.

In all Britney has done for the network you would think she would have won atleast one. Britney has helped get the rating's high so many times. If it wasn't for her scandoules peformance's the VMA's would be the worst award show ever.
How can they not nominate her? she basically changed the whole music industry around..she was the one to always be testy and try new things...she definitely needs a nomination...her music was great and on top of that shes a great performer
Well.....she has nothing to be nominated for, i mean last year she was nominated from the " In the Zone" Cd...This year she has nothing....i mean who ever gets nominated for a greatest hits album?...So i can't feel that bad.

It might not make a difference but remember the Ashlee Simpson petition that went in the magazines...So if alot of people sign this then magazines may write about how Britney fans are so upset ... let's push it to 5000 at least for the petition to be sent to mtv
