backstreet back alright! i love this group and their new album, i am a new fan but i already love them a lot! they are amazing and truly talented. the must be nominated, incomplete vid is great. FORMIDABLE ( in french lol). come on mtv, don't be scare to love backstreet boys, its not a shame lol, we are not bocotting you like you boycotting the boys, so change.

Mtv, the Backstreet Boys still have millions of fans around the world. We will not be ignored. The BSB have so much talent and continue to take music in new directions. You can't deny what they have done for MTV and the music industry as a whole. It's an outrage to exclude them from the VMAs. Their new CD is amazing and the "Incomplete" video is beautiful. They are making a comeback after 5 years. To make it to #3 at the Billboard charts after being away for so long. C'mon, that's big right there. After all this, how can you not nominate them for an award? Give the boys what they deserve!
although i can't really stand MTV, i'm signing this anyway because i'd like to see some decent music played on that channel and not some rap video with almost naked women and cars, or some new "garage/alter native" band who sounds just like every other band.
The Backstreet Boys never fail to come back bigger and better than ever. They deserve as much recognition as humanly possible. This petition shows that these talented musicians have touched over 300 lives and continue to do so on a day to day basis. These 5 guys deserve this more than any other band out there... Power to them!
i think that the BSB are the best group around now and they deserve to be nominated for a VMA and have their video's played more on MTV their music has helped me through alot of ups and downs in my life and i think they should be given the respect they deserve and not just be thrown on the back burner.

For the numerous years that the Backstreet Boys have contributed their wonderful music all around the world and worked rigorous hours a day for tours and TV appearences, I believe that no other group than the Backstreet Boys deserve to be nominated for MORE than one music award. But to not even have them as a nominee AT ALL is ridiculous!!! Put BSB as a nominee in some of the VMA categories danggit!!!

Hell, I'm a huge rock fan. I usually despise Pop.But I give them credit. They have an amount of talent. And I loved them when I was younger & still do. And they have been going through some crazy rough times.. all of them. My favorite bands are Seether Nirvana and HIM so for me to be signing this Im sure a few people will question. But they deserve it. And I don't think I would be so involved in music today without them. Give the damn guys a break!
Backstreets Back!! They deserve a nomination for the viewer's choice award. Their fan base is still as big if not bigger than it was before even with a 4 year break. Why can't people get that through thier thick skulls?

Backstreet is back and better than ever. These 5 guys have been through so many things together. Aj overcame his alcohol and drug addiction and lost his grandmother. Howie lost his sister. Brian had to undergo heart surgery and started a family. Kevin lost his father and got married. Nick has been through a series of family and relaationship problems. These boys have been through more things thus far in their life then most of us will be through in our whole lifetime. They overcame many obstacles together. They privded us with music and entertainment despite several accounts of coming close to breaking up altogether. These boys have done everything. That is why they deserve Viewer's choice. We, as viewer's see the very special effects backstreet has had on ourselves and others and it is the least we can do. Give it back to them. So please, take this into consideration and realize that Backstreet has done more than any other artist nominated for this category.
bsb are so hot and talented. incomplete is such a beautiful video,I know it would win this award. please mtv do whats right and nominate them. they really derserve this for making a great comeback. they have always been #1 and they always will be
