I grew up listening to BSB, and now I see my little sister getting the chance to grow up with them. They are an amazing successful talented band that deserves to be respected as one. Lets support one of the few bands that have a fun, innocent, talented image.
MTV (and all the other shows owned by the same company, MTV2 VH1 CMT and Nickelodeon) are off my watch list until MTV pull thier heads out of their BUTTS and show BSB!!!

Ok, so I heard that MTV was not playing the Backstreet Boys Just Want You to Know vid because they simply do not want to. MTV was quoted as saying that THEY do not want to play it because THEY don't want Pop to make a come back! Well... WHO THE F@!* DO THEY THINK THEY ARE??? I say we bury them in letters telling them what WE think, what WE want. After all if it were not for the viewers there'd be no MTV (MTV2 or VH1 or CMT or even Nickelodeon, since they are all owned by the same company). Aren't we the ones who are supposed to decide what is popular? I didn't hear MTV complaining when the BSB and other Pop singers brought the viewers and ratings! And what is wrong with Pop? Why do we even have to put music or people into a genre or catagory? Aren't MTV/VH1/Media the ones who labled these "Boys" who, TRUST ME, 5th row center at their concert last night THESE AINT BOYS NO MORE in the first place? E mail them, post messages or whatever it takes (unless you are just the good little robot they are hoping you are!!!) P.S. I am a fan of all kinds of music. I saw the BSB last night, am going to see Alice Cooper in 2 weeks, Green Day after that and Sir Paul McCartney in Nov. I have over 1000 cd's and they range from BSB and Bon Jovi, Aerosmith and Heart to MoonSpell (Very heavy, doom and gloom) to Elvis, Avril Lavigne to Type O Negative (again very heavy)... backstreet boys have made mtv/trl what it is today! 'shape of my heart' holds the record for most days @ #1. backstreet fans have shutdown times square TWICE when they came to the studio. BSB won countless vmas nominations, wins, & performances. i thought a music channel would be happy to see the BEST act in the world release new music. Backstreet boys deserveto be played on mtv. I love MTV, I watch all your shows but the fact that you will not play my favorite band really pisses me off. You suck badly. The Backstreet Boys and their fans made TRL what it is today.
