There's really nothing I can say that hasn't already been said. I guess all I can state is that this is a democracy and by denying our right to vote (even if it's something as simple as a music video)...that's not right. Music is music. I'm not going to beg you to play it. However, keep in mind that you could potentially lose a huge fan base. Laguna Beach and the Real World: Mars Season 86 will only take you so far. Thanks.
as a BSB fan I am clearly annoyed..as a music fan I am upset for all the other bands that are being censored as well. The backstreet boys have a strong and vocal fanbase that will hold you accountable for your actions.

Don't you find it a bit unfair that you see Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson, Usher, and etc. can play their music on MTV but yet, when it comes to BSB they say no? After so many years of playing thier music and their videos, what's stopping you now? Afraid that "today's audience" won't like it? Whatever. Clearly you're blind. They aren't the same teenagers they were in the 1990's.. they have changed for the better. More edgier, with a great sound.

I'm signing this petition to show my indignation.Why is MTV doin' this? BSB is one of the most sucesfull band of this world!!! And I think the fans should be more respected!! MTV (TRL) doesn't have to decide what we should listen..I really think BSB and their fans deserve respect and we want to see the new video JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW playin' on MTV!!
The backstreet boys have worked just as hard as any of the other artists played on MTV, if not harder, and they have certainly been around longer than most too. It is unfair of MTV to not play their music when clearly the Backstreet Boys, more than any other group, deserves airtime.
