hi. dear BSNL.u have been my favorite ISP, MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER AND OFFCOURSE LANDLINE SERVICE. PLS START PROVIDING UNLIMITED PLANS FOR 999 FOR 2MBPS SPEED. I DONT MIND PAYING 1500 FOR 8 MBPS.REGARDS.
Please slash the rates of home plan to 500-600 PM as BSNL is the best in class and can beat all other ISP;s in the market. I request the concerned deparment to think about and come out with a good policy.
well in this revised tarrrifs only home plans 250,500&1000 have benifited without paying a single extra penny.what is the fault of ul900 users.v r paying a lot 4 the services rendered,if bsnl wants 2 be a pathbreaking telephone service company it has 2 consider the needs of all home plans customers
It is ridiculous to have plans which either limit you on speed or amount of download. I dont think that is the right way to go.
Why provide wings and then go ahead and clip them.
we hope bsnl will take the decission in increasing the speed of the unlimited plan otherwise it is not beneficial. It is always trying to minimise the usage of customer. one reason is that some people use the net for unnecessary downloads which affects genunine customers
Completely agree to the petition. Compared to world standards, speeds below 2 Mbps and not being unlimited is completely retrograde viewpoint to customer satisfaction on the part of BSNL, especially when they possess the country's best fiber backbone.
broadband should be unlimited or it is useless. At the present rate of Rs. 999 per month for mere 256 Kpbs down, it costs an average Indian almost an entire month of earning. In most countries it is only a tiny fraction of your month's earning (in the US $30 for 4 Mbps down unlimited). So this is what is called the BROADBAND YEAR.
Compare india on the world scale of broadband.you will realize how far behind we lag.This is the bsnl year of broadband.I pity the strategy they are adopting.wht you offer is not even broadband
BSNL plans are in way to exploit the customers ,the plans are created to just generate profit for BSNL there is no rationale in it.Internet is a modern way of communication...every body should be encouraged to use it ..atlast the price structure and speed makes a difference in users experince....good customer and technical support is needed..
