We, the seventh grade students of Blessed Sacrament School, would like to enjoy a napping period for fifteen to twenty minutes, during P.E.. Statistics* have proven that having a fifteen to twenty minute nap during the day, after being fully awake, can improve your quality of sleep at night, and help you get through the day. As students, we regret not taking full advantage of our nap time of which we received during kindergarten, and we mutually feel that this would be the perfect opportunity to explore the benefits of a brief nap.
