This petition is to make sure the bus driver is not allowed to drive any more students in her bus. She obviously struck Samantha Taylor and could have stopped the situation from getting out of hand. She showed immaturity and a lack of control. We do not need people like this that have our childrens lives in their hands. This woman needs to be fired and Samantha Taylor, while she should receive a little more than a slap on the wrist based on other actions she has taken in the past she by no means should spend 6 months at a juvenile hall facility. She has lost way more than anyone else and she is the victim not the bust driver who could have stopped all of this from ever happening.

She thinks she can do whatever she wants, to whoever she wants, and has a mother that thinks she doesn't have to answer for her actions. She's clearly poorly raised. She's the perfect example of a kid who was never taught respect or manners. She wasn't being assaulted by the driver. I love all of these people that declare it assault, but if there was some mouthy little punk up in your face, you'd shove them away, yourselves. She's endangering everyone else by harassing the woman while she was working. The Sullivan family thinks violence is the answer? How about Samantha thinking aggression and harassment is the answer.She's not on a public bus. She doesn't get to dictate where it stops.

13 20 Aug 2008 - 16:15    Brent Neely: After seeing the video many times, I have come to this conclusion: 1. This "Sullivan" family thinks that violence is a solution. This is supported not only by the driver shoving first, but the daughter of the driver fighting just as hard. Maybe child services needs to investigate.... 2. Sammy doesen't deserve this. If she has charges, why not everyone involved? 3. How about false imprisonment? She just wanted to leave after it was apparent that she was going to continue to be assaulted by an authority figure.

"im not going to let you off this bus in case you get raped, im just going to hit u instead" free will.. it is not illegal to get off a bus as un-authorised stops... i would of done the same as sammy, especially if she took my phone, and believe me i would of got my phone back a whole lot quicker then sammy did. and to get off the bus? id of simple gone to the back and got out the back door.
8 19 Jul 2008 - 14:24    FacckuLisaHoffert : The unruly Taylor asked Sullivan to let her out of the bus AT AN UN-AUTHORIZED STOP. What if this Taylor babe was victim of some raping cokmeat just after she was let outside . Thats why a Bus driver like Sullivan can tend to think that authorized stops are SAFER, thats why they are Authorized! As far as her job is concerned, atleast, Taylor is a 'kid' and she is the guardian until she drops her off at a most fitting location (the ideal would have back at school)

6 18 Jul 2008 - 21:11    Nicole : In the long video I saw on youtube, Sullivan says "this girl needs to go to an insane asylum"...so i'm confused as to why she would keep this girl on the bus if she is so called "insane" and is a threat to everyone... it's a power struggle..Sullivan wanted power and authority...although she has very little. violence is never acceptable..she just egged this young girl on..of course she would freak out.. sullivan should not have this job if she can't drive with someone TALKING on the bus..

4 11 Jul 2008 - 23:27    Text : It's pretty obvious that the bus driver was throwing her weight around. Why is hearing someone on their cell more distracting to her that regular conversation? Does she expect them to ride in silence? While Samantha could have been more respectful, I did see that she tried to restrain her language and actions. The driver let things escalate and had no right or reason to shove Samantha in any way.
