Both programs, as well as many others you provide should be provided at minimal costs because of the nature of the programs. Please do not move them to a more expensive venue. Louisville deserves a much more accessible and accountable cable system. It is the height of arrogance for Insight to drop Channel 24, one of the few venues available for local independent productions, from its basic cable lineup. Insight is a utility with a natural monopoly. Therefore, it is Metro Government's duty to see that Insight acts in the community's interest.

Please keep WYCS at it's current channel location (Insight Channel 24 in Louisville). Firstly, it provides unique progamming for our community that should be available to all. Secondly, when I bought the HD package, I intended for it to be for HD programming.
