By sighning this petition you agree that the City of Jacksonville in Texas, Police Department and City Manger and D.A. offices are not doing their jobs for the citizens of Jacksonville. They are abusing their power at the expense of the citizens, victims and the victims families. They are letting murderers go free when they have enough envidence to indict them. They are using unnecessary force and abuse on innocent citizens first, instead of gathering information about a situation before acting. They absolutely refuse to cooperate and act on valuable information that is provided to them in order to persue a criminal and every death that happens in Jacksonville is almost never looked at as a homicide in order to gather enough evidence to enable a proper and thorough investigation.
