This show is way too funny to be on the air. It should be cancelled like all hilarious shows before it (e.g. Family Guy, Clone High, The Tom Green Show, etc.)

If I see those fugly ROTY Dancers grabbing their crotch and stomping about or the mayor being *Ahem* analy pleased (none of which is funny AT ALL) I am gonna have to stop watchin [AS] I just don't get it. The show **bleep**. If it has to be on I think it should be on Saturday night at 11:00 and 2:00 so as to not take up valuable Sunday Night time slots. Replace the Futurama on Sat with "Tom... I cannot believe this show ever even made it into the line-up. This is a show that has an incredably slow pace and I can't figure out how it is that it is funny. The comedy seems so lacking.

It amazes me how Cartoon Network can put on a show of such low quality. It has no business even being associated with the same network as Family Guy, Aqua Teen, Futurama and other actually funny programs. I agree with every negative comment about TGTTM without cursing. The only thing I found remotely funny is the part of the episode with the bear traps when the Mayor calls up both bear trap dealers and has a conversation with both at one time. That is the only pearl they have among that hog-wash. Personally I think the people are homosexuals, and I respect homosexuals as people, but those writers give homosexuals a bad name. The animation is thoughtless and the plot is weak. Adult Swim should be ashamed to show such trash on the great programing of Adult Swim, like: Inuyasha, Wolf Rain, GitS:SAC, Family Guy, Futurama, The Venture Brothers, and ATHF. I had been wanting to see this show for a while, but hadn't had the opportunity until last night. As with almost everything else on Adult Swim, I thought it would hilarious.. I was wrong. I waited for it to get funny, all the way until the show ended. What a dissapointment.

IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DRY HUMOR. the only way you idiots can accept a show is if the humor is served to you on a silver platter with fart, drug, and penis jokes, like family guy, venture brothers, and all of the other peices of **** that get air time on adult swim. instead of praising obvious moronic humor, sit down, take the time, and open your mind to humor that takes a level of intelegence to understand. this show has huge potential but it is scary to see all these people against it. i fear that it will die just because people arent ready for its brand of humor, just like mission hill.
I have a feeling what happened with TGTTM is that some high up in WS loved it, and to get a deal with Bob Odenkirk and these big name cameo appearances either greenlighted the series in advance or put out a ton of money for it. And now that this ****storm has hit and they realize just how badly they ****ed up the only way they can try to pull this out of the crapper is to maybe make some last minute changes to the format of the show, and beg AS viewers to give it another chance.
Meanwhile, they do several things that virtually doom the show to extinction, including announcing that it's greenlighted despite the public opinion and the horrible ratings, while taking the much more popular show Venture Bros and threatening it with possible cancellation, tacit approval both in the forums and in bumps that people who see TGTTM for what it is are stupid and/or 'just haters', and keeping INFINITELY more popular shows like Space Ghost C2C gathering dust on the shelf while TGTTM takes up a slot perfect for it, and then begging us to come to AS's site to buy SG merchandise.
TGTTM's new episodes start in April. It will be cancelled 13 weeks later in late July. Two years from now it will be as forgotten as Reign is today.
