Ok... Basically my neopets account was frozen a while ago, it had over 150,000np , 2 lovley pets and much more, here is the letter I sent to support@neopets.com ... it pretty much explains evrything, its a bit long, but it's worth reading! :)

Did the link not work!? She said yes the link was fine but I had broken the neopet rules,I then realised that it always had seemed a “bit too good to be true” so I told her to put the bit of wire up in her trade and I would give the 30k back, She refused. Telling me that I was going to be frozen, I quickly AIMed back saying I had done nothing wrong but if she wanted she could have a FULL refund. Again she rejected and told me that her brother worked for neopets and he would freeze me himself!!! I told her that that was cheating but she told me to “wait and see” before blocking me from her AIM! I decided to ignore it she probably just wanted to worry me, never mind!
But sure enough the next morning x_candy_floss_x was frozen  so either her brother did freeze me OR she submitted an abuse form, twisting the truth! The account was frozen for “attempting to scam other users out of items, Neopoints, Neopets, or their accounts” However I feel I did not scam anyone seen as it was her that begged me to sell her the link, all along she knew what she was bidding for, and that I was not pushing her into it!
I feel that I was caught out, and am still not sure that I even broke any rules
Any way I am really sorry if I did break the rules, and would love my account back under any circumstances (even if you took away the items or neopoints) I had many valued friends on that account, and am missing them dearly" (un-quote)
