criminals get away without enough punishment. you kill someone you get 10 years in prison. you vandalise a small buisness, $400 fine. bring back caning make death penalty more availeble and less humain. criminals are not afraid of the punishment

I think that the death penalty should be legal, noquestion at all.People crying about prisoners suffering is complete bullshit.Did the criminalscry over their victims deaths? NO! Did the criminal offer thevictims a last meal?NO! I say, lethal injection is not fitting enough, especially for thoseinmates who haveno remorse.

All citizens should be hung, drawn and quartered. Ok maybe they have not done anything yet but they might be planning to. A mass suicide mght work but it has to be gruesome and messy. If we hung drew and quartered poeple on their bithdays the job would be done in a year.

i also think the death penalty should come back in, it will decrease the number of murders that go on, so u kill u get killed, if u rape a child or an adult i also think u should have a sever punishment, people who hurt babys and young children are sick never mind the sex register they should be killed as well after having something really hard and big pumped into there behind...

Capitol punishment should be like this - If you stab someone 23 times, then you get stabbed 23 times in a public square. If you sufficate someone with their own stomach, then you get suffocated with your own stomach. If you use roller coasters to shred someones body, then your body is shredded in the same manner. And once you've been proven guilty, there is no retrial or other stuff - it's strait to the public square.

A lot of people refuse to admit it, but killing people is the only way to stop murder. If people don't like it, they shouldn't kill people! Capitol punishment only punishes people who commit really bad crimes, or people who are really unlucky

I feel we need to be harder on the one's who break the law~ I don't care what kind of childhood they had,many others had it hard and don't break the law~ If you kill someone then your life should be taken, you hurt a child,life in prison..don't let them sit around enjoying Tv and Books, bring back the chain gang,that's one way of keeping our American roads clean and not raise's our tax's

Why warehouse these lowlife cocksuckers who choose a life of crime? They get thrown in prison, get 3 squares a day, a roof over their head and the best medical care. Most can't/won't be rehabilitated and then we're back to square one when they are released. I say put a bullet between their eyes and be done with it. Maybe that will deter some crime. One bullet apiece is a hell of a lot cheaper than warehousing these *******s.

I'm with you. They should bring back hanging people and crucifixon (I know I spelt that wrong, but I don't have a dictionary right this minute). And TORTURE. Rather than prison they should have torture chambers where rather than sitting doing nothing as you do in jail you get tortured for 20 hours a day, then four hours to eat and sleep. I'm going off to think up torture machines now... mwahahaha.... oh yes, BRING BACK CAPITOL PUNISHMENT
