Chiristie (and Austin) are the reason I Tivo the show daily. Their characters are so real and so relatable. They can't leave the show, it's NEVER the same without them!
I have been an avid "Days" viewer for years but quit watching the show a couple of years ago. However, when you brought Austin & Carrie back on...I was immediately hooked. Please reconsider letting them go. They have been great (except for the horrible story line) actors and I enjoy watching them over the years!
because Carrie is one of my favorite female characters. Christie plays the part so well, the show would not be the same without her. Austin/Carrie deserve some happiness to be together on the show.
A long time fan...I have had a renewed interest in the show due to the return of Carrie and Austin. Please keep them on the show...they are a great couple to watch.
with the recent announcements of the great number of actors that have been released from Days..I must say you are creating "fan suicide". It is refreshing and exciting to have Christie Clark and Austin Peck back on the show. Now you want to sack them! give us a break! And stop playing with our loyalties to the show. Or you won't have any loyal viewers at all.
I can't believe that budget cuts are being allowed to dictate the directtion of the only soap I watch. So many good characters (with good histories) are being cut. The characters of Carrie, Austin, Jack, are mainstays of this show.
Don't let such a wonderful talent and charter leave. Don't punish the fans or Christie for a lackluster story line, just reinvent her charcter. Please keep Christie on the show!
