I've been watching DOOL for over 25 years, supported stupid story lines, watched some good characters come and go and come back again. Some stability needs to stay with this program. I will not tun in further if this happens. What's the sense in watching the new characters can't act!

I too like Christie grew up with DOOL. I have been watching the show since I was 6 and my mother and I learned to speak English together in front of the tv. Carrie and Austin belong on DOOL and are core characters of my youth. Please don't let them go.

I believe that Christie Clark is absolutely one of the best actors in daytime television, period. I think her skills have not been used to their full potential on the show. I am extremely upset with the decision to let Christie Clark go from the show! Ever since she (as Carrie) rode off into the sunset with Mike Horton, I hoped she would one day make a return to Salem. I was so happy when I heard she was going to be back on the show again as Carrie! I actually started watching the show more in hopes that I could enjoy Christie once again. I have to say I have been disappointed with the story line the writers came up with for her. She is very talented and with the new head writer coming in would be able to show that talent with a good story line. Please reconsider letting Christie go. Thanks.

Carrie and Austin deserve to stay on "days". the show should cut other un-needed newer characters in that they do not have a past and do not intrigue viewers as much. i believe that bringing austin and carrie back onto the show has increased viewers interest and the show will not seem as wholesome without the two. i cannot stand seeing so many amazing characters being replaced as well let go from the show... it is a tragedy!
