If the rumor of "Days" being canceled that I read in the LA Times a few months back is true, then by letting Christie Clark go- You've pretty much hammered the last nail in the coffin. Christie Clark is a dynamic actress with tremendous acting abilities who needs to utilize. I urge you to keep her on the show or this fan will start watching CBS.
Please do not let Christie go...she's part of the days family! There's a lot you can do with her storyline, including exploring the issue of infertility in realistic manner, not as it was depicted recenty.
Carrie & Austin were to the 90's what Bo & Hope were to the 80's. We are enjoying them so much. Only Sami and Lucas are in the same generation. Please keep them around.
It has been great having Christie Clark back as Carrie on Days of Our Lives. She is an asset to she show and was let go for what seems to be silly reasons. She is not only talented but a stunning actress who gives something special to every scene she is in. PLEASE change your mind and keep her on Days where she belongs!! We have not had her back nearly long enough!

Axing Carrie just shows the short sightedness of the show runners. And this is where the problem lies, becuase they belive that this will resolove the issues of their inability to tell good stories. They are trying to inject new faces into the show to give it a fresh feel when what they need to do is tell better stories with the characters they already have. As a fan I feel betrayed and distrustful and can not now trust they wont just ax those new faces when they realize the mistake they have made. But this is something I wont see cos' when Carrie is gone, I'm gone.

There is so much more storylines that can be made for Austin and Carrie. There are so many people leaving already I hate to see them let go. We have no use for Billie or Chelsea. Can't they be let go instead of Carrie and Austin? If you keep letting go of long time favorites of Days of Our Lives, you will keep losing your viewers who have been watching Days of Our Lives since the beginning. The rating of Days will keep dropping.

I want to prove that Christie Clark and Austin Peck have fans all over the world! I live in Holland and I have been a big fan since the first time I saw them together, and I am not the only one. I know so many people who love them and think they are the best! Austin and Christie have so much talent. Their acting is so great and natural! They bring so much chemistry to the show. Don’t let go of these two super actors. All of the fans have been waiting for such a long time for them to come back, and the actors were so happy to be back, it’s so unfair that they have been let go. These two brings so much to the show and it would be such a big mistake to let them go! Keep Austin Peck and Christie Clark on the show!!!
I've been watching Days Of Our Lives for 10 years already, and have watched this show put out the some of the stupidest story lines, for them to take out a "power couple" is truly stupid of the new writer. If Austin and Christie, I'm switching over to One Life to Live.
Carrie/Austin are one of DAYS' biggest and best "Couples" new head writer said in an online interview that he wanted to bring back the "couples" to the show and keep them from disappearing so why is he getting rid of one of the best couples?
because... I've always loved Carrie and was so happy she was back! She hasn't even had the opportunity to get into any storylines other than the ones she left with last time!! Her and Austin could be great characters if they were given a good storyline to run with!
Please dont let Christie and Austin go. The new writers have the potential to make Austin and Carrie very powerful characters. Please do not blow this opportunity or the incrediable talents these people have.
Christie is such a wonderful actress and Carrie is a wonderful character. When she returned to the show, she brought that original feeling back. Please do not destroy her character.
Christie Clarks return to DAYS has been amazing!!! She ahs become a incredibly gifted young actress whos talents shouldnt end up on another soap, which i am sure she will get scooped up instantly!!!!
I am one of the many days fans who started watching again once Christie came back. She brings a lot to the show. I believe that she should be kept on board and a good story-line created to do justice to "Austin & Carrie" romance

I WAS VERY SADDED TO HEAR THE NEWS THAT CRISTIE CLARK WAS LET GO FROM DAYS. SHE A GREAT ACTRESS AND I FEEL THAT THERE IS ALOT THAT THE SHOW COULD DO WITH HER CHARACTER. I can't believe they would let Christie and Austin go. I've been watching Days since 1980 and have been very dissapointed in the recent storylines...let the super couples be together and keep Christie and Austin on Days..

If you are trying to bring the show back to it's glory days like one article stated then please don't get rid of one of Days' best actresses! She and Austin make an awesome couple and I will be really disappointed to see either one of them gone.
