When people switch their channels to TLC, they can watch "While you were out" "Trading Spaces" and even "Trama: Life in the ER". Most people can. What about deaf and hearing imparied people? We have to wait until 2006? That is extremly unfair. We want to be able to watch TLC, but half the time we can't, because there is no Closed Captioning. No Closed Captioning equals low ratings, is that what you really want?

We shouldn't have to wait until 2006 to have to watch TLC! Please put it up by 2005!
