Chancellor Joel KLein is trying to take away the High School student's right to have a cell phone in school. This is totally unfair, and could potentially be unsafe for some students. In High school, many students are commuting long distances from their homes in order to receieve an education, with a cell phone to have on hand in case something should happen. It's one thing to ban the use of cell phones in school, but to band having them all together? Completely unnecesary and unjust. Sign this petition, make your voice heard to those who wish to limit your rights even further. We have the right to protest what figures of authority are doing if we find it to be unfair or wrong. So, lets do just that.
