A stupid chain email is where it says something like "Forward this to 10 people or you will die". In other words the email is supposedly "magic" and can make unrealistic things happen.

A good chain email is one that does not put any kind of pressure on the reader to forward it. The email tries to get people to learn some sort of lesson out of it or give them a laugh.

Another agreement that you make by signing this petition is to send at least three emails with this link of this petition to whoever sends you a stupid chain email. Three or more emails will annoy the poop out of the person and they will hopefully give up eventually and sign this petition.
