In the same respect where it is illegal for any convicted fellon to own or operate a firearm.
I propose to pass a law whereas it shall be made illegal for any and all convicted internet child predators to own and or operate a computer. Internet Predators shall include all of the following: *Any person who Entices a child through online contact for the purpose of engaging them in sexual acts. *Any person who Uses the Internet for the production,manufacture, and distribution of child pornography. *Any person who uses the Internet to expose youth to child pornography and encourage them to exchange pornography. *Any person involved in Enticing and exploiting children for the purpose of sexual tourism (travel with the intent to engage in sexual behavior) for commercial gain and/or personal gratification. *Any person involved in aggressive sexual solicitation:Sexual solicitations involving offline contact with the perpetrator through mail, by telephone,pictures or in person, or attempts or requests for offline contact. *Any person involved in harassment: Threats or other offensive content (not sexual solicitation) sent online to the youth or posted online for others to see. Through this law our legislature should impose a sentence of not less than five years for those persons caught owning and or opersating a computer while not in the commision of a crime. And no less than an (additional) 10 years if caught while in the commision of a crime.
