Dear 19E/CTV,
We, the fans of Canadian Idol 2, are disappointed that even after the competition is over, there still has been no official word on whether or not a tour would be arranged for the entire top10 to tour in. We are also disappointed that a CD has not been made to showcase this year's diverse and amazing group.

This year's CI2 has been phenomenal, not only was our top10 incredible, but also the dedication of the fans. There has been a recorded 3million+ fans tuning in each week to watch, and even more to vote for their favourite contestant. A CD of the top10's favourite performance song would be so wonderful, and of course would be big seller, especially if released during Christmas! The fans can finally be able to take the voices that have been all over Canada home and listen to it whenever they want.

As for a tour, it would be waste of talent of all top10 members if they were not exposed and showcased off to all of Canada, from the East to the West coast. And of course, not all the fans have been able to attend tapings of the show, whether they were living in Toronto or not, so a tour would an opportunity for those who didn't have that chance to listen to the Idols perform live, and perhaps meet them as well.

Although a DVD has never been released yet for the North American Idol shows, now would be a good opportunity to put Canadian Idol 2 on the map. We were the first Idol show to have the contestants play their own instruments, so why not a DVD? A DVD would be a memorabilia, a collector's item forever. A DVD filled with each episode, backstage peeks, IdolMansion and just random clips of Canada's favourite brand-new stars would be the perfect gift to all the CI2 fans across the country.

Brandy, Monoah, Joshua, Kaleb, Elena, Shane, Jason, Jacob, Theresa and Kalan. These 10 individuals have become household names in Canada ever since they've appeared and sang their hearts out on this year's Canadian Idol 2. Whether or not they won the competition, they have defintely won the hearts of their fans. To put out a CD and a tour would not only give them exposure and experience for their future, but would give their devoted and loyal fans something to remember them by for always.

I know for a fact that many canadians would have bought it. Jacob, Teresa and Kalan are the best singer we've heard in the entire idol (american and canadian) competition. All the finalists were great! Lets get them on a dvd! Everyone should go to the idol website and go to contact us at the bottom of the page and tell then about the dvd idea!
