My husband and I have been waiting for the show to return and just now found out that for sure it was canceled. We were truly sorry to see it go as it had a good cast and soooo many possibilities (unlimited actually) of story lines. Too bad we are of the 'older group'. we are 58 and 61 respectively and enjoy 'good' shows that have quality to them. This show had quality and it is a shame to see it go. I find it hard to believe that everything depends on commercials and selling to the younger generation. What a waste of good talent.
Bring this show back as it is one of the best shows that has been on TV in a long time. If they would just let it run the ratings would have grown out of the roof.
This was the best TV show to be aired in years, and the most addictive since Dallas. A refreshing change from the bloody murder shows or the completely dim-witted and dull shows you have chosen to fill your time slots.
Please Keep it on, I have just seen the last episode and it has left it so much hanging in the air. I hope the TV Movie clears it all up if the series is not brought back

I am so upset this show was cancel.I am only 18 and I took time every week to watch it. ABC did a terrible mistake, the show could have been great. They need to bring it back.
I'm 21 and from Australia - I really enjoy Commander in Chief and am disheartened by the news it may be cancelled. I find it far more interesting than the unintelligent sitcom rubbish that usually comes from the US. Please reconsider!

I love CinC it 'was' the best show on TV. It had a great cast (Geena Davis rocked) and had such a great story line. I was so upset that ABC got rid of it. Now I have read that they are not going to do a movie. What is this world coming to???????

ABC gets rid of Commander in Chief but keeps Men in Trees? What is gonig on??? Commander in Cheif, was well written, well acted and well executed with the only problem being that noone could find it due to programming error judgements!!!!!! Bring it Back! ABC is making some bad judgements lately (i.e. holding off til Feb to bring Lost back ---- no one cares THAT much)
Bring this show back, it is far better than the West Wing ever was. The acting is the best on tv. How can you not continue when you have a great show/plot, fantastic acting.
I am a french female and I do want to the show to carry on because I simply love Geena ! And, what a great message for the world to watch a female president...
Commander in chief is a thought provoking, intellectual show that has the potential to educate people in more than one way. It shows little girls that the dream can be a reality. It shows boys that woman are capable and intelligent and it shows adults that there are times that having compassion and empathy which so often classified as female behavior can be valuable in runnng a country.
Commander in Chief is a fantastic show and i`m sure that it will only get better, episodes like `State of the Union' and 'Elephant in the Room' are great!
What a great series it made me proud to watch it every fortnite in South Africa. It had everything to be a great show, its a shame ABC executives shelved the series, too bad lets support the movie and maybe another broadcaster airs the next season who knows. Lets support the cast and crew and directors and producers they were great!
I am French and I am a huge fan of the show. I think the characters are very carefully worked on and that it gives a bit of fresh air in the way we regard US politics. Geena Davis is absolutely stellar. Please keep the show on!
