This show must stay on! Geena Davis, not only won a Golden Globe, but every Tuesday night, for that brief 60 minutes, I get to fantasize of what it would be like to have a female president. Donald Sutherland, the ever present "bad guy" is superbly talented. This is the best show this season!
I think this show is very innovative and puts the country in a frame of mind to consider a female president. I feel the move to take it off the air is purely political. I feel the present government is running scared and are forcing the network to take it off. I think this is a slap in the face to the public that loves this show. In my area that don't even show it. I bet they haven't shown more than 8 or 9 shows. I am so disappointed. Please keep the show.

I support this petition. Please give this show the same chance that you gave "Once and Again". this is a much better show and, gina Davis Rocks as a female president. Another channel took away a very fampus show about a juvenile court judge who lives with her mother. That was my ultimate favorite show and "Commander In Chief seems to fill that spot in my heart. Please do not cancel this show. You would be losing so many fans if you did this.

This was the best show of the season. I would actually schedule everything around it, despite Tivo. I will be very disappointed if it gets cancelled! If ABC cannot see that this program is worth keeping, I may not find ABC worth watching mucy anymore.

I cannot believe that ABC would ever consider cancelling a show of this caliber....I go through this whenever I get attached to a FOX show and have gotten accustomed to it from them. ABC? Never. It's quality programming, wonderfully written and acted. I seriously am just going to stop watching television if this happens to me again.

I support this petition. CIC shows the masses how government works, and that's a good thing. The show is not as complicated as West Wing. Since CIC themes and issues are simple, it is easy to follow and no doubt will encourage viewers to care about what is happening in the real presidential world. It's one of the best shows on. If you would bother to show CIC, I would continue to watch it. I'd much rather watch Geena Davis and fantasize about what an American President can be and do, and try to forget about the shit for brains greedy jerk that we have in real life.
It is a great show, but I haven't been able to see it because it hasn't been on. Last show I was able to find was the one about a US sub rescue near Korea.

Although I have satillite television, and have the choice to watch a variety of programs, I never miss Commander In Chief. Oh, and I don't even have TIVO so it IS my first choice. I wholeheartedly support this petition.

This reminds me of Boston Legal last year. How can a good drama get a rhythm to it if the networks don't give the shows solid time slots when they are gettig reasonably good ratings?
It is particularly sad to see the already boring and fomulaic American Idol getting higher ratings than such a well acted, and usually well written show.

ABC is losing my viewership. If they aren't showing it, I just turn the tv off. I'm not interested in watching According to Jim, or George Lopez. Commander in Chief is a far superior show.
