Clark and Lana are the best couple in television history, I would hate to see them part ways forever. Who the hell cares about Lois, Lana is the one for Clark.
They're perfect together, no one and anybody can say they aren't.

I don't support this because this is the stupidest idea ever. Lana is an idiot. I wish they would change the Superman Universe by killing her off. You're welcome for the added signature, but I highly doubt that this petition will make one bit of difference since the request is so awful. It's nice that you pointed out that Pete is African-American....I was raised to believe that African-Americans and Caucasian people should be considered the same. Next thing you're going to complain about is that the Martian Manhunter is the wrong shade of green! Clark & Lois 4-ever...that's how it will always be. Get over it.

Smallville it´s so much better than the adventures of Superman. It´s deeper, more envolving and perfect. I don´t care about the story of Lois and Clark, for me it´s Clark and Lana Forever!!!

When I watched Clark and Lois - The New Adventures of Superman, I used to think that they were meant to each other, but after seeing Smallville, I realize that CLARK'S REAL LOVE'S LANA!! They're soulmates. Lois has never loved Clark, she was amazed by Superman, but not Clark himself, but Lana surely does!!! Whenever they look at each other you can see pure love in their eyes.
I agree with what people have said here. So many facts about Superman's story have been changed, another one would not affect what everybody already knows. Superman's future is known by the fans, but Smallville's fans deserve a happy CLANA end for their loyalty...WE NEED and WANT CLARK and LANA TOGETHER!!!! at least up to the end of Smallville, because the show doesn't need to show what will happen next.

Clana is what made this show what it is without it the show may fail terribly. I know Clana is the one reason I have all five seasons on DVD just so I can see what happens with Clana!!! Theres so much love in their eyes whenever they see each other in seasons 1-5. Dont let it go in 6!!!
I sign this petition b/c, clana wasn't just about love, it was about keeping the show alive. Without out it I'm afraid that the show will end soon. The writers minus well put them back together b/c they aren't using the story of superman anymore b/c Lois is already here and Chloe wasn't even a character in superman so there already on a different path.

Why should there be a Clark + Lois?
Sometimes you have to stop following preset rules and traditions. I say break the cycle once and for all. Knowing what happens at the end of a movie always ruins it. Instead present an alternative version of Superman, a "what if" scenario. If Lana never comes back there will always be someone missing in the story, like an empty space. It will feel like an unfinished story whose key pages have been ripped off. Something just won’t be right, it won’t work out.
I think Smallville became so successful not because it told the story of Superman’s childhood but because it emerged as something totally different from Superman itself.
Be original Mr. Producer, do something different. Don’t make Smallville look like one of those “other Supermans”.
And anyway no one can blame Lana for being so mean with Clark, Lex is corrupting her with his money and power but she still loves Clark deep down.
Together let us make sure the crew hears our voices resounding loud and clear: BRING BACK LANA.

I think a love like theirs can never be forgotten just like clark and louis' in the movies. I also agree that the reason of their break up was shallow. He could've just told lana his secrets after jonathan's death, I mean he was afraid that b/c jor-el said that somebody clark loved would die b/c he was brought back to life and that this somebody could be lana, and indeed she died, then everybody knows what happens and jonathan dies so the ONE loved person that died to pay for clark's life was jonathan. So now he could tell Lana. Right?
Besides that I love seeing TW and KK together!!...They have such a chemistry!!!

This storyline is getting way out of control. I find myself purposely busy so that I will miss the next Smallville. And when I do catch I find myself thinking"Why do I even bother" or "that just completely wasted an hour of my life." We have to stop this before it gets to out of control. By "out of control" I mean Lana saying yes to Lex's proposal. Which by the way does not hold a candles to Clarks.
The current dynamic between Lana and Clark makes us wonder the same thing they apparently do: "Why was I so interested in you in the first place?" We need SOME kind of remnant of their old relationship to validate them as noble and likeable characters. The reasons for the breakup were just so shallow- she thinks he's keeping a secret, and he's keeping it from her, but Chloe is just fine knowing? Duh. Both characters' line of thinking is full of holes.
