Why turn a kid channel to a parents channel at 8 PM every night? NICK AT NITE! No one above 20 watches it. They can turn to about 12 other channels to watch THOSE shows. I think that at 7 PM each night, air Nickelodeon of the late 80s-early 90s from 7PM to 6 AM the next morning, ratings would be great, and thats how Nickelodeon should be.
This petition rocks big time! We can really, really, really use a Classic Nick channel. I was born in 1987, so I had a pretty good memory of Classic Nick. Yes, I really wished that all the beloved favorites would return to TV and DVD. I remember Rocko, Weinerville, GUTS, Clarissa, All-That before Titney's younger sister ruined it, You Can't Do That On TV, Double Dare, etc. By the way, while they are at it, how about Classic Nick At Nite? What do you all think of that? Just imagine how much fun that will be. We can see I Love Lucy, The Honeymooners, Green Acres, Dick Van Dyke, Welcome Back Kotter, Making The Grade, Odd Couple, etc. Plus, all the classic and well loved classic commercials and promos. All I will say about the post 1997 Nick is that it sucks and that the pop music movement should have NEVER occured.
i am 15 and i miss all of the old Nick shows, the Original All That, doug, kenan and kel, pete and pete, oh yea cartoons, kablam, clarrisa explains it all, me and all of my friends would pay good money for a channel that airs the nick classics. please listen to us kid.
PLEASE bring the CLASSICS back!!! that would be so awesome! Me and my friends are always repeating our fave. lines from All That and remembering stories from Are You Afraid Of The Dark and talking about Ahhh ReaL Monsters, Rocko's Modern Life, CatDog, Ren and Stimpy, Doug, Hey Arnold!!! ECT.!!!! Those were the good shows!! Our time to be kids again is by going back to THE shows of our time!! I would sign this over and over and over if it would bring thes shows back!!!
I remeber when i was growing up all the shows and cartoons i based my life on and i rember i wanted to be just like clarissa from clarissa explains it all. i don't see how it's fair that old people have tvland and we cant even have classic nicktoons tv channel. isdfmdgm dfgm thats hella lame
I remember about times I would watch old classics like GUTS, Doug, Rugrats and shows on classic Nick. Those were what made my childhood happy. In th morning I would have wtach the classic Nick Jr. that was not that bad. Then suddenly the new Nick comes in and ruins all of our pastimes. I mean Double Dare 2000 and Slime Time Live were the worst shows I have ever seen. BRING CLASSIC NICK BACK! Now I dont watch Nick anymore because of the stupidest shows in there now.

We need all of these shows back on TV and DVD: Clarissa, Pete & Pete, Hey Dude, old All That, Salute Your Shorts, Roundhouse, Welcome Freshman, Danger Mouse, You Can't Do That on Television, Are You Afraid of the Dark, Mac Summers Double Dare, What Would You Do?, John K's Ren & Stimpy uncensored, Rocko, Tomorrow People, GUTS, Get the Picture, Make the Grade, Hidden Temple, Figure It Out, Dr. Seuss, Shelby Woo, Pinwheel, early Rugrats, Kenan & Kel, Ahhh Real Monsters, Kid Court, Today's Special, Wild & Crazy Kids, Pete & Pete, Clarissa, Tomorrow People, SNICK, Alex Mack, Doug, 1990s Nick News, that show that David Sidoni used to do post-Roundhouse, Kablam!, seasons 1-6 of All That, Danger Mouse, Hey Dude, Global GUTS, Eddie McDowd, Eureka's Castle, Allegra's Window, Harriet the Spy, Good Burger, Rugrats First Movie, My Brother & Me, Oh Yeah! Cartoons, Mr. Wizard, Hey Dude, etc. Just bring these shows back, Nickelodeon, and please don't close down Nick Studios in Orlando... History happened there!
My friends and I talk about the "glory days" of Nickelodeon all the time..Nick at Nite shows our parents' old favorites...why not make a channel for us?
I have a 9 yr old bro. and I feel sorry for him b/c he never got to experience the old school nick shows. Double Dare, Wild and Crazy kids, What Would You Do? and all those other shows. It is sad to not have these classic shows for us to see. I miss them a lot and if we get to watch Green Acres, why not Alex Mac?
When I think of the nostalgia of my childhood I think of PBS programming (Sesame Street, et al) and classic Nickelodeon. If you created a Classic Nick channel the ratings would be through the roof!
Bring back all of the old shows:

The shows now on Nick are not as good as the old school shows. I loved: The Adventures of Pete and Pete, Classisa Explains It All, Alex Mack, the old All That, Hey Dude, Salute Your Shorts, Welcome Freshmen, and Are You Afraid of the Dark! Nick should just plsy reruns of those shows all the time and get rid of all the shows now. And if all those shows came out on DVD, I know I would buy them and I'm sure a lot of other people would, too.
