It is well established that Clay Aiken is a good singer. He is also a very humorous man, as well as a rather good actor. These last two statements make me believe he would be a good guest star on the Fox show, "House."
He could be the main patient of the episode, or one of the humorous clinic patients. The choice would be up to Fox and Mr. Aiken, of course.
