Cartoon Network has shown a lot of good quality Animes in the past on their Toonami and Adult Swim blocks and continues to everyday, but for me they don't show enough Anime. During the day they show lackluster cartoon shows that are aired for the younger audiences and a poor quality, unnecessary replacement for their successful Toonami called Miguzi which is targeted to a younger audience than Toonami but that younger audience isn't watching it. Only later in the night do they show the good Anime on their late night block called Adult Swim that airs Saturday through Thursday 11PM- 6AM E/P. Toonami has shown a lot of really good Animes in the past (such as Yu Yu Hakusho and Rurouni Kenshin) but recently have begun to slip up and show more American cartoons than Anime. They also are currently showing One Piece, which is a good Anime except it was dubbed by 4Kids, a dubbing company that does a terrible job with their entire dubbing process. I have heard of a network that aired in the U.K. called CNX, which is a version of Cartoon Network except its more Toonami oriented. Following this example, it would be more than appreciated to give us Anime fans in the United States a channel that shows any Anime that has been shown on Cartoon Network and only Anime. Most of our favorite Animes are not aired on Cartoon Network anymore, which we would love to watch them again even if they are old. By doing this it allows Anime fans to watch their favorites and any brand new Animes on a different network while at the same time allowing Cartoon Network to show their originally scheduled programming.

My thanks to those who read this and agree with what I said. Remember, if you sign this you are for the idea, no matter what intolerable arguments you hold against it. Anybody who hates Anime is welcome to sign because it will help in the long run.

Toonami originally introduced me to anime when I was I kid. I remember running home to watch such shows as Gundam Wing and Kenshin. I miss those days. Back when the artwork in cartoons was better than something a six year old could draw.

Agreed. Bring back Batman Beyond! And show the orginal, Japanese, subtitled version of Sailor Moon! Why is Cartoon Network destroying all the quality it ever had? BRING BACK TOONAMI!
