Recently when I turned on my cable box and TV I was shown, instead of the last channel I had viewed, Comcast’s own channel, CN8. After finding the option to set it to show the last channel viewed was gone, I called the service line to inquire as to why. I was informed that corporate had decided to remove the option and make it so now when ever a TV is turned on CN8 is shown. I find this unacceptable. Anyone agree?
