COPPA doesn't do a THING to improve child security--it's just bloody annoying when you forget to tell them that you're about two months older than you are, as if that makes a difference >_

COPPA is a bad attempt at internet safety. Any 12 year old knows that they can say they're 13. It's unhelpful and kids just lie about their age. Let kids have the simple internet freedom that you need to be 13 for. There's games rated "T" and 10 year olds play them anyway. It won't help anything!

Well, I say lie about your age. It doesn't matter, if you say you are 13 and don't post your age. Okay, if you have to, just say whatever you said when you registered.
