She is innocent. There should be more done to free this young lady. They should worry about the actual drug dealers on the street. Also where is their own investigation into who was actually supposed to intercept these drugs at the airport. I bet if their gov't put in the tiniest effort for an investigation the truth would come out. I don't believe the so called judges even listened to her part of the trial. They need to pull their heads out of their asses and make this right. Schapelle know that people from the United States are with you. I pray for this girl and her family. I am saddened at the lack of support this young girl has had from the Australian government, Qantas airline, Sydney and Brisbane border control. She has been left to the dubious justice system of Indonesia. If any of the above Australian authorities can help then do so and do so quickly.

Just finished reading schappelle's book -just can't believe our government just let this happen with all that they knew about the baggage handlers many months before Schappelle flew to Bali and why they didn't do all they could much much earlier. I don't believe anyone would be so stupid as to smuggle that much dope in an unlocked bag no less with absolutely no attempt to hide the dope unless that person absolutely knew that it would be received at the other end by another person expecting it. I am halfway through Schappelle's book and cannot believe that this is happening to an innocent person. It could of been any one of us. My heart goes out to the Corby family, they have reacted like any other family, they are hurt and powerless. I can't believe that Schappelle is still in jail and not one person has helped her! i am half way through Schappelle"s book, and i feel so sorry for her. there is no doubt she has been used by some low life out there. i have to say how disgusted i am in the government of indonesia and it's legal system, if it can be called that! i personally donated a substantial amount of money to the in tsunami fund in indonesia as did many other Australians, and to think that this is how they treat an innocent Australian girl, well i want my money back. I too have just read Schapelles book, I realise it is only her story but believe every word. I am sick of people saying she is guilty because they heard this or heard that. i even had someone say they know for a fact that she was a heavy drug user, this person could not come up with evidence or even justify whre she heard it. I believe someone was trying to set up her brother for some unknown reason, and she has been made an example of. Schapelle - you should be free to enjoy your life!!

I have just read Schappelle's book and being from England we dont here about her case very often if at all. My heart is trully breaking for this young,beautiful,inteligen t human being, it is just a shame that she is being treated like an animal being kept in a cage. As i read her book i often found myself crying for this woman who is so obviously innocent, I wonder why it is her country has decided to leave her there bangged up with murderers and prostitutes. I have nearly finished reading Schappelle's book "My Story" and it breaks my heart to know she is still in that hell hole. I have 2 daughters the same age and I could not bear to have3 them in a place like that whether they were innocent or guilty - where is the human justice in a place like that prison. My son was murdered by the thugs who carried out the Bali bombings in 2002. While that apology for a human being, Abu Bakar Bashir, walks free and this young woman remains locked up, I can have no faith in the Indonesian justice system. Unfortunately, Indonesia does not work on the Westminster system of 'innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt'.
I am dismayed that our government does not protest most strongly and at the very least, bring Schapelle home to serve out her sentence in Australia.

My beautiful nephew was murdered in Bali in 2002 and that disgusting man, Abu Bakir Bashir, has just been released from jail. We have an Australian girl given 20 years for a crime for which she should never have been found guilty of. I thought a person was innocent if there was reasonable doubt of their guilt. Blind Freddy could see the reasonable doubt in this case. It is also unfathomable why our government allows one of our own to be treated in such an inhumane way. Animals get better treatment. I have just read the book and am appalled by the conditions in that jail. Where are all these do-gooders that jump up and down at the conditions in our detention centres?? What can we do to help? My thoughts and prayers go to Schappelle and her family.
