Not only should the Indonesian judge take a close look at the evidence and statements from the witnesses, the Indonesian government should really review its airport security. Would really someone be so stupid as to place a god damn pillow sized bag of marijuana so visibly in a bag? Seriously, Indonesia is following the wrong ideas about the 'justice system'. They are just condemning the suspects as guilty until proven innocent. It is very disappointing to see that after all the shit Australia has gone through to help Indonesia, they still wouldn't give a fair trial to an Australian citizen. My god have mercy on Indonesia, and bless Schapelle Corby.

...not fair, a joke, free her now... So what? It's like doing a poultice to a corpse. The aussies must all impeach their aussian president who can't fight for a single own citizen! Dismiss the aussie government, come to the island armed and free the girl! Be polite? What the hell you're taliking about? Take AK-47 and impeach aussie gov. Pot is a plant, weed? So what? Oil and gas are an "earth gift" as well. And fighting for it takes more than just this stupid chat intended only make indo authorities laugh, ok? They read it and think what a pleasure you deviver to them by beseaching their honor... Idle talk, hollow promises, we gotta DO SOMETHING!!!

Why won't Indonesia identify where the dope was grown (Australian Federal Police can easily do this if Indonesia cannot) This is a simple test If grown in Bali she's Innocent if grown in Australia it would provide suspicion

None of it adds up: Why can't Qantas provide weights of luggage? If it was in her bag in Aus then where were the sniffer dogs? Why on earth would you take drugs somewhere where they are much cheaper? I don't think she is guilty. And even if she is, she should be entitled to a trial that presents all the available evidence. The federal government made noise in support of the millionaire acused of gun-running and he is now free. Do you need to be a millionaire to get the support of your own government? Bashir has only got 2yrs jail for conspiracy resulting in the deaths of almost 200 and Schapelle is facing the death penalty for dope. If Australia just sits back & lets her get executed while Bashir basically gets away with killing 80+ Australians then we should all be ashamed. The Bali bombing didn't stop me from going to Bali but I won't be going back now.
#1278

H Skinner said 03/03/05, 9:06 am (verified)
How come her luggage wieghed in Brisbane increased weight by 4 kilo's in Bali? How come 4 Kilo's of dope bought in Brisbane costs AU$40,000, in Bali costs less than AU$4000 and is pushed to every tourist walking in most main streets?

The Indonesian Goverment and Courts are a pack of Animals. Muslim cleric Abu Bakar Bashir just got 2 & ahalf years for his implication in the death and Murder of 202 innocent people in the Bali bombing. Thats 4 and a half days in Jail per person killed. And these people have a death sentance for 4kg of pot. I say send the Australian special forces in and remove Miss Corby. Quickly complete Abu Bakar Bashir Death sentance then Nuke the Lot Them.

When you write the letters, be specific about her case and BE POLITE. This incident and potential horrible result needs to be world known. I will spread the word and hope everyone that reads this site does too. I lived in Indonesia for 2 years, having spent many days exploring Bali, the embassies in Djakarta, and meeting the people of Indonesia. If she is convicted in Indonesia there needs to be a world boycott of traveling to this country.Bali and the rest of Indonesia is a beautiful country with many wonderful people. However if Indonesia can't see to deport Corby immediately I can't imagine how a person in good conscience could vacation there again. Should death penalty prevail, retribution and investigation into the obvious lack of human rights in Indonesia has to occur if there is any humanity left in the world. Corby, most in the world would and do want your immediate release. in very sincere and deep regards for you, Rev.Joshua Copeland

I've heard people say Bali is a cheap holiday destination. It’s cheap alright, so is my local garbage tip. Soldiers with Machine guns on every corner. Just the sort of place one would go for a family holiday. If we wanted to eradicate terrorism I'd start with the Indonesian government. Look at East Timor. Look at West Papua. Ambrosi out for coffee at the hard rock Cafe with the police chief. Abu Baka Bashir holding media conferences every chance he gets to keep his followers informed. Involved in the bombing and murder of innocent people but they drop his death sentence. But when the Indonesians grab an Aussie they automatically impose the death sentence. Drug importation and Gun running. Blah! One rule for them and one rule for Australians. I didn’t hear the Indonesian Government complaining when they accepted the $1 billion aid package for the Tsunami victims (Australia gave); maybe all their tin pot generals can get themselves a couple more kilos of medals to show off. It seems they have forgotten 60 years ago when young Australians gave their lives to clear the Imperial Japanese Army from there country. Miss Corby is not involved in a trial, she's involved in a Witch hunt!! an Australin Hunt!!! If Miss Corby is executed I'm not just going to be angry. I will be Furious!!!!!. With the Australian Government as well as the Indonesian Goverment.

Does anybody know phone numbers and addresses of Ms Corby's parents in Australia? I heard her family is experiencing financial problems while pursuing the case. I read about a Special Fund for help, hwever, I don't have a reason that's not a swindle... I can wire money directly to her mom. I live in Moscow, Russia. I know they declined bail, i mean her mom's only hope is to bribe those rats, or monkeys, whatsoever... This is a sign how far we've gone - Indo domestic women with placards damanding immediate execution - this is outrage! Actually, it is a CRIME, because it's like a solicitation of expected murder!!! These animals demand execution - this tells at what stage these "people" are in the line of development a human being from a monkey.......

Would never go to Indonesia again, and will make sure none of my family or friends ever go. Schapelle Corby has not been treated fairly, no forensic testing availble for her defence. Then they allow bali bombers out of jail to have cups of coffee downtown, what a joke. Don't ever travel to this country, buy any of their products or donate money to them. Look at all the help and money provided at the time of the Bali bombings, then the tusami. What thanks do we get , they treat Australians like dogs.
