This is a total discrace to see how the indonesian goverment can treat such a case.
Even if she was guilty (which i think she is inoccent) no one for such a crime as she has apperntley commited should be set for firing squad. One of the bali bombers was sentenced to 3yrs jail and that was for killing inoccent people and 81 Australians, this is unfair and discusting.

Unfortunetly, there probably isn't a lot we can do about the prosecution of Schapella. Not all trials are fair, but the best we can do is hope that it will be proven beyond all reasonalbe doubt, that she did not commit the crime.
Innocent or not (which I believe she is), why should she be murdered when Indonesian terrorists get a slap on the wrist! She is being set up, why would anyone take that much pot on a family holiday, especially when the country is full of drugs, cheaper than here!

I would just like to say without knowing if Ms Corby did bring the drugs into Bail or not, that she doesnt deserve to die. This is someones life we are talking about. She has never been involved with the police before and she has not killed anyone. I cant believe this poor girl is still locked up in jail when rapists are going to jail for less than five years. What type of world are we living in. I hope that signing this petition will help to free Ms Corby so she can pay the price fairly and move on with her life.

Who on earth would take drugs to Bali? Bali is full of cheap drugs. It makes no sense. It was somone else using a convenient large bag for their own traffiking. Either Australian baggage handlers or Indonesian ones. I hope the truth will come out and this poor girl will be allowed back to her life.

i think that she is innocent because the drugs werent in her bag when she went through the Australian securtiy but it was found in the bali security so someone would have had time between bali and australia to put the drugs in her bag. she doesnt deserve to be treated the way she is being treated. and i think it is strange how the evidence from the ausrtalian security survalence tapes have suddenly been wiped off and how the australian government has not been bothered to help her bail out of bali.

I'm glad I found this site. I started a chain email about this case. I don't know what happened to it, but I imagine it is still out there somewhere. This seemed incredulous from the start. It is clear that she did not do this. The most likely scenario is that a baggage handler in Brisbane sent the drugs down to Sydney to be picked up by a baggage handler there, but for any number of reasons they weren't picked up and made their way to Indonesia. THIS IS A FACT. IT HAPPENS. This is how many things are couriered.Good luck Schappelle. I intend to march in any protest that happens in the future. Your Aussies will not let you down.
This person has no history of any drug association and is totally the wrong lifestyle to get involved yet on the flimsiest of evidence she faces the death penalty. However a known incitor or terrorism goes almost scott free?

The mear fact that Schapelle faces the death penalty, especially givent the weakness of evidence against her and the absolute botched handeling of her entire arrest and trial is beyond rediculous. What is the Indonesian court system run by children??? Meanwhile TERROR MASTERMIND!!!! Abu Bakar has recieved 30 months because of the supposed weakness of his case(which may be reduced by appeal), is nearly laughable until we remember how many innocent Australians have already been killed in Bali recently. However, did that stop Australians coming to your aid in your time odd need? Don't use this as an excuse to get back at our government. She does not deserve to die over this. The way the Bali police and customs officers have handled this is more suspicious than anything Schapelle has done.

Hoping that a fair trial takes place, and justice is done... personally since the Bali bombings Indonesia is off my planned travel destinations, and Ms Corby's incarceration only goes to reaffirm this.
i sign the petition in support of the fact that pressure should be placed on both goverments involved. (Australian and Indonesian) I dont feel as if our Government is doing enough to secure her a fair trial. As mentioned look at the soft penalty that Abu Baker Bashir received this is an outrage one that should be addressed urgently my support to Ms Corby and family in this trialing time.
I'm signing this in support of Schapelle receiving a fair trial and not the corrupt shambles she seems to be currently suffering. I do not agree with boycotting Indonesia, I do agree with Indonesian legal and corruption reforms. I suspect there is ample evidence available which in a civilised legal court would prove Schapelle's innocence/guilt - however this evidence is being ignored and what evidence is given seems very questionable. Given the unreasonable harshness of the potential sentence, it is an abomination that a fair trial is not being given. Good luck Schapelle
I place my name on this list in support of Schapelle, her family and friends. It is not however in support of a boycott of Indonesian travel & services. An Australian citizen is being let down by both the Australian and Indonesian governments. I agree that pressure be placed on both governments for change but not on the citizens of those countries. My heart goes out to you Schapelle.
How is capitol punishment even an option? This Indonesian government needs to look at drug therapy options! I can understand the Indonesian government being very upset with someone smuggling drugs into their country, but none of those drugs would have taken a single life and I don't think they should either. Schapelle deserves what we would expect for any human being- the assumption of innocence until proven guilty- the right to a fair trial and examination of all the available evidence and a quick resolution so she can get home to her family. It would be of huge benefit if the government could see fit to intervene somehow- we supposedly have a great relationship with indonesia- why does it only stretch as far as trade and business- we can't seem to encompass human life in this trade deal- why? coz it's too hard? coz the government thinks they cant make a difference? coz they dont want to get invloved? Well please excuse us common people down here- but we sort of thought that's how it was supposed to be! What the hell did we elect you for??Our government fighting with us when no -one else could or when all hope was lost? i think she deserves a trial!! deep investigation is needed to prove if she is guilty or not.. yeah i do believe that abubakar and other bombing are the ones who should get death sentence.. but if she is smuggling marijuana then she has to be in jail but i dont agree with the death sentence.. as indonesian i do agree that indonesian has lack of law!!!!
