Absolutly appalling.Bali is in need of Australian tourists.I have absloluty no desire to travel there and will talk anybody eles out of traveling to bali.An Australian woman who appears to be fausly accused of importing drugs to bali is deprived of human rights.Who will be next.How about Austalia stops all exports to bali until this is sorted.
She is innocent. Consider the (circumstantial) evidence. Have you really established guilt beyond a reasonable doubt? No. Consider who is really lying here.
This reeks of set-up but not Balinese end, I think it was a plant in Brisbane for someone in Sydney (baggage handlers) to collect & they have missed it- and so the dope has gone thru to Bali. This woman has a sister in Bali, so I am sure goes there frequently- so would not jeopardize that.
Besides why bother taking dope there- "Coal to Newcastle". Aust.Govt.has to help this innocent woman.
It is absolute disgrace that this has not ended sooner. I know of many people who refuse to travel to Bali until she is free. It disgusts me after the Bali bombing that those animals are being treated more humanly than a young woman who was travelling to your country despite many people still believing it to unsafe.
Rado, let me just say, that I've been following this case since the first day, and Indonesia authorities are pathetic. If Shapelle is given the death penalty or ANYmore time in jail then I will personally boycott Indonesia myself. I will tell people never to travel to Indonesia and support the Indonesian people any longer. The way they have gone about with evidence (not taking finger prints etc) just backs up our theory that the Indonesia government doesn't have a leg to stand on. If Shapelle gets convicted it would do more harm then good to Indonesia - and do they really need more controversy surrounding them, after they've just gotten on their feet after the Bali Bombings. Fucking madness.
Even a blind monkey could see Scahpelle Corby is a victim of a botched interstate smuggling deal. I wonder has anyone checked the background of the over zealous custome officials to see if they are associated with extremist terrorist cells.
It's sad but it seems its a take take situation when it comes to Indonesia. Helping Indonesia is to no benifit to Australia. It is just further limiting the resources available which is sadly limited!

What I don't understand is that Indonesia won't even give the death penalty to a terrorist mastermind - yet they are considering it for this girl whom hasn't even been convicted.
I don't believe she is guilty, based on findings I have been following on the news.
From my understanding she is an Australian Citizen, and I think it is time that the Australian Government push alittle harder - even if it means going to higher level people in the government. This has gone on long enough.
