We are pledging 1 billion $ to help Indonesia after the Tsunami, more now after the earthquake, we sent money, aid, police etc after the Bali bombing, (which I have no problem with) and this is the thanks we get?? How anybody could believe Schapelle Corby would try to smuggle any quantity of any drug into Bali is ludicrous. The drugs where obviously placed in her baggage at Brisbane for delivery to someone in Sydney by baggage handlers. The Australian authorities must investigate this avenue and petition the Indonesian Government to release Schapelle from the hell hole she currently resides.
Schapella Corby has not been given a fair trial. How can a person be found guilty on the basis that a bag of drugs was found in her luggage. There are no fingerprints to prove her guilt or no video records to show her putting the drugs into her bag. On what grounds is she then being held. If an Indonesian citizen was found entering Australia under similar circumstances there is no way such a lack of evidence would stand up in court. Free Shcapella Corby immediately as there is insufficient evidence to convict her. What is she going to be convicted of - no one saw here putting the drugs in her bag. No fingerprints, no video evidence. It's time to stop playing games with this person and set them free and prove that Indonesia has a just and civilised court system.

Clearly there is not enough evidence to find Schapelle guilty. Who in their right mind, even a person with half a brain, would attempt to smuggle drugs into a country that serves a death penalty for such a crime? Schapelle like many of us in Australia, had a lot to look forward to in her life. I doubt she would have jeopardised her life for the sake of selling drugs. You can't put a price on your life.
The Australian Government needs to do more to help our fellow citizen. A murderer or rapist in our own country isn't even treated this poorly.
What makes me so angry is that Australians have generously helped Indonesia after the tsunami. Without our help, they would be in a dire situation. The Indonesian government should show some gratitude to us, Australians, by giving her a fair go. And, what of our own government? It needs to be more involved and take the risks no matter how costly they are to protect Schapelle's life and see that she is given a fair trial.

I do not believe criminals should be treated in the manner that they are in these jails. These human beings are living our living worse than rats in sewers. It's absolutley outrageous. Why are there still jails out there like this? guilty criminals do deserve to be punished for the crimes they committ but living in your own and 20 other cell mates urine and faeces in a confined space without hygiene, clean food and water is in one word WRONG. Imagine sleeping while squatting, imagine not being able to stretch your legs or move your body without touvhing another - personal space - it doesn't exist.

Bring Schapelle home in one piece because she is obvously innocent. It was a set up and Bali court can obviously see it despite what prosecution says. These judges said that they will take Ford's evidence into consideration.

She is innocent, I wonder how the authorities at Brisbane airport missed such a large quantity of drugs. Therefore it must have been planted in Bali.I've been to Bali, the security at their airport is very poor.
