Everybody should boycott Indonesia until commonsense prevails, nobody would be stupid enough to take drugs to a country where they are available on every street corner for bugger all cost.

Another holiday in Bali again for me and my family, I don't think so, kiss goodbye to over $3-4000 I would have spent, I'll be writing also to Indoneisa's head in my country New Zealand. As for your own Government Australian, as Taxes Payers, QUESTION EVERYTHING.. godspeed in saving this poor women, Australia and New Zealand should be sending in armed forces for this.
I've also had problems with Bisbanes airport staff and poeple, last time I went through their my computer was smashed in on the side, even though it was packed extremely well, they are a total joke. Free this poor women. Just goes to show not to place trust in ANY government..
This case shows how incompetant the legal system is in Bali and certainly does not promote tourism in this region.
However, this case also shows Australia's media-bias towards young fresh faced girls. I would like to raise the question that if this were a 45 year old man, would this have received such wide coverage.

As a Tourist agent - I have so far diverted nine groups comprising of twenty six people away from Indonesia and they are now spending their money in malasia. I am also raising a boycott of Garuda which is the indonesian govt owned airline who also have very dark but solid ties to the indo military and secret police. This girl has no drug history. This is known by Australian authorities. They also know of the airport baggage handlers using others bags for drug trafficking, as the police have been investigating this for some time. The Australian Govt should be very active in helping this girl.
I think it is entirely believable that the luggage handlers in Australia has an operation to transports drugs...it is not feasible that Ms Corby would place drugs in her personal luggage, particularly when that particular drug is available much cheaper in Indonesia. I think this young lady is the victim of a drug ring and she should be released immediately.
A young person in my family had an unlocked bag opened on a flight between capital cities in Aus. Bulky items were removed from the bag. Nothing was stolen. I am thankful this person was not traveling on to Bali.
Schapel is an Australian Citizen so the Australian Government should get off their arse!! Why not stop any aid that indonesia gets from Australia until Schapel is free!!!
