I dont believe Schapelle is guilty...stupid perhaps for not locking her bags but definitely not a drug trafficker. Regardless the death penalty is inappropriate and if she is found guilty she should be repatriated to Australia.
So, killing an innocent Australian citizen for a crime she didn't commit is the repayment we receive for over $1 billion in aid given over the past 3 months Indonesia?? Who needs enemies with a 'friend' like that????
the fact is that the plastic bag was not fingerprinted. If it was I am sure the guilty person(s) would have been exposed with the co-operative help of the Australian police.
So indonesia, are you trying to say that you will kill someone for drugs, but someone who has killed nearly 200 people for Bali bombings you will let appeal in 2 years ?? What a joke!

Schapelle is innocent how in the hell then would she have managed to find enough money to buy the drugs and take them to a country which has the same drugs for half the price its absolutely riddiculous and for everyone who reads this she is innocent please please sign and forward to others.
I wouldn't expect the most stupid, ignorant Australian drug dealer to try and smuggle marijuana into Indonesia. I have been twice and there are more drug dealers on the streets of Bali selling Marijuana at ridiculously cheap prices then offering you a hat or wanting to plait your hair. Its like smuggling a cane toad into Queensland or coacaine into Columbia, no one would be ignorant enough to do so! Wake up indonesia, put some effort into stopping your own drug crisis on the streets instead of punishing innocent Australians caught in the mix.
A death sentence is too harsh a penalty for the crime she has been accused of - add this to the fact that there is no hard and fast proof of her being guilty
There's no use venting anger about the Australian government for not supporting Schapelle, no use venting on how pissed off we all are at the situation at hand because the Indonesian judges are making a decision right now. Court is over! There is nothing else anyone can do to help but wait and see what their decision is. The best we can do is to pass this onto everyone we know and get this petition singed, completed and sent to the nominated target - which is Embassy of Republic of Indonesia or who ever to show support before it is to late! - send to everyone you know and let's get something done now!! Let's help send Schapelle home!
the federal government should be doing more to help this young lady out! australia is considered a 1st world country, its a shame society doesnt get sufficient support from the government when it is truly needed.
Ironic that most of the bali bombers dont get executed as ozzies are humane people,yet indo govt officials who support terror activities pick on the most unlikely drug mule in the world.

I have been to indonesia and would like to travel there again one day, i think it is a great place. I will not go there again EVER if she is convicted. In talking to my group of friends who all have been there are of the same opinion.
I think we as Australians should organise some sort of demonstration. One in each capital city should rasise some attention and let the government know how ashamed of them we are for not doing everything possible to save this girls life!

The evidence supporting her is amazing. It is also amzing how many things in this case do not add up, ie: no fingerprints were taken from the plastic bag the drugs were contained in and various other things. Also why would a man risk his life and the lives of his family to name the real people involved, for no purpose of his own? Interesting

participation in the Bali bombings that killed 183 people. It is inconsistent and absurd that another person should face the death penalty for allegedly smuggling cannibis into the same country.
What is wrong with our govenment when they chose to let an innocent girl rot in prison, the same prison that has held Bali bombers, Do they not realise she is on trial for her life.

I feel soooo sorry for this poor girl, it brings me to tears to see what she is going through! I can imagine how she or her family would be going through! She is innocent and it disgusts me the Indonesia would protect their own (ie) the bali bomber got 2.5 years) and an Australian could get the firing squad for drugs! Just seems wrong! the poor girl needs us!
After seeing Schapella Corby being set up, i would never travel to Indonesia if she doesnt get released. This is a discrace the was she has been treated this way.

I have faith that the legal system and peoples of Indonesia will see this as it is... an innocent girl who has been mixed up in a terrible situation. On my last trip to Bali I was approached by no less than 30 people on the street trying to sell me marijuana, and the price was certainly a lot less than it is available in Australia. At this time when the world has come to your aid in your time of need Indonesia, it is time for you to show that you have the insight and understanding to see that Scapelle is innocent and SET HER FREE.
I believe in her innocents, either way no one deserves to die like this. I feel for her. How can people stand around and watch a person wait for their death . I'm sure there are other ways in which punishments could be given. If laws were bright they would realise that either way capital punishment isn't a punishment at all , some people aren't afraid of death and by using this as punishment we are assisting wrongdoers in getting away with it. How dare people play god, Is law a god???. Let beautiful Schapella free and all other innocent people. I now feel fear of ever travelling to bali incase someone uses me as a human missile.
