I believe there has been a big injustice in this case.It was obviouse that the marijauna was planted.I visit Indonesia two times a year, I will stop this and use of Indonesian products till this lady is released.
As men, even If we are from two different countries, would you really shoot a weakened woman in cold blood over some marijauna? What If it was your sister or your mother in another country going to get executed over pot. This is insane.

This is stupid. U don't smuggle grass into Bali. The quality of dope in Bali is good and about one tenth of the price. If you were going to smuggle it in it would have been inside the body board not on the outside.This is such a sham. She should be freed immediatly and given compensation. Everyone is guilty but her. The Australian customs fo letting it out, the airlines for not keeping the CCTV, the baggage handllers for putting it there, The Australian Gov for not doing more and the Indonesian government for not dropping this pathetic charge. This could happen to anyone. The guilty people in this fiasco need to be caught.

We give them millions of dollars to help the ppl of indonesia and they threaten an aussie with a firing squad. Sounds fair NOT. The justice system over there is obviously run by pot heads scared they will lose business, lets put them infront of the firesquad convicted of STUPIDITY.

It is unfathomable that this marijuana was intended to reach Bali!!! You can buy a bag of weed on the street in Bali for a fraction of the price in Australia! It's KNOWN that the Balinese Police have stalked tourists they believe smoke weed, so they can set them up & get a hefty pay off!!!! THIS IS COMMON PRACTICE PEOPLE!!! Unfortunately for them, this case went was largely publicised with the media & there's no way a bribe could be attempted without questions now!!!

Why would someone try to import marijuana into bali when it is so available over. It would seem obvious to any rationally thinking person that Schapella has been the scapgoat in this case. I wonder how much would have been done by our government if it was John Howard's daughter locked away over there.
This young woman's only crime is to be naive. Young ones of Australia, hear me and hear me well, Bali is not a safe or wholesome adestination for you,please rethink the reasons you do go. We have in this country many wonderful places for beach, for surf and friendships, support your own by holidaying here.

Australians have done so much for Indonesia, when the earthquakes & tsunami happened, we donated the most money. Money that could have been spent on bettering our own country. When the most recent earthquake happened we were the first to send our troops over to help NINE OF WHOM LOST THEIR LIVES. An investigation should take place to find out why the drugs were allowed to get out of our country in the first place. This is a real warning to anybody travelling anywhere, DON'T LEAVE BAGS UNLOCKED OR EASILY ACCESSIBLE BECAUSE THIS COULD HAPPEN TO ANY ONE OF US
