It is extremely heartbreaking to see the crime scene photos of the Tate-LaBianca murders being plastered all over Google's search engines.

It is quite distressful to look up images of the victims, only to be met with shocking images of the most horrific murders in history.

We, the undersigned, ask Google to please remove all images of the Tate-LaBianca murders from their search engines so that the families of these victims can at least succeed in not having people ogle over their loved ones corpses.

What's the point by making these horrible pictures available to everybody? That's a lack of respect towards the victims and their families.

It's sick that these photos are out on the web for anyone to see. The only pics we should see are when when the victims are alive and healthy, not dead. Take their families into consideration. I'm sure they wouldn't want to see their loved one murdered .

I think that the links to the photos should be removed. If this was your relative you would not want a reminder as horrific as this in any hands. It's not about censorship. It's about having some respect for life and the families of all involved.

Just like Sharon Tates' sister Patty has mentioned, she states that everytime her sister is mentioned, there just has to be a Manson/Family involved with Ms.Tate. We need to stop this record of relating the late Ms.Tate with brutal killers not to mention Ms.Tates' cruel and depicted photos at the crime scene. Honestly, let us all come to reason and be good American's and deliver a message to all who should not see a memory such as these photos, but remember the beauty that Sharon possessed and a talent that could have been within the records of being a moviestar and perhaps the most beautiful moviestar that was ever on screen. God Bless this wonderful woman inside and out. Take these horrorfying photos from the public and respect the values of Ms.Tates' family forever. Diana and Dennis

Even the no-life, foul-tempered trolls who visit this petition may wish to learn that all you have to do is put in the names of Sharon Tate, Lenny Bruce, etc. in the search box and you will be "treated" to a variety of crime scene photos. Not much work there, one doesn't have to look hard, and there's nothing to warn anyone searching on images.google.com that they may be treated to disturbing photos while searching images.google.com. Perhaps a solution can be thought out to ensure that students, children, or others using images.google.com will not be subjected to pornography or offensive pictures during innocent search attempts. Randomly flaming away and using a petition as a kitty-box to compensate for one's own inability in "real life" to be properly assertive isn't going to solve anything.

I think these photos should be removed. As a fan of Sharon's when I look up her photos I want to see her beautiful smiling face, not the horror that was done to her or the others. It's bad enough she and the others were murdered by morons not fit to look at any of them cross eyed but to see what was done to thwm is outrageous. The people who wish the photos to stay should have their deceased loved PLASTERED all over the internet for everyone to ogle, then maybe these horrendous pictures would be removed.

Please remove these pictures from the site. they are offensive and people who suffered this way should not have pictures of what happened to them open for public viewing. Only the police should have access to these pictures
