Kids are everywhere... like rats. Getting in your way whenever you want to go somewhere... I almost ran about 10 of them over in my car when they just decided to walk out in front of me... unfortunatly I had the poor judgement to use the brakes and not even one of them was injured.

I propose we lock children up until the age of 21 when they can behave like civilised creatures!

This is the stupidest idea ever. Do you have any idea of the amount of money it would take to put this in motion your looking at hundreds of thousands of kids. the average cost of raising a child is 1000000$ so your looking at ridiculously high taxes.
