Emo: One of the most commanly misused lables of them all. "Emos" are normally known for self-harm, low self esteems, and listening to emo music. Sometimes they are known for being dark, loving blood and violence. But what is the truth? "Emos" are usually mixed up with "Goths", being told they love blood and violence. There is also no actual proof that emo and self-harm have any connection. Where did these beleives come from? So-called "emo" music styles usually talk about kamikaze through lyrics was one of the reasons. I could go on ranting about thisfor quite some time, but lets just stop here. Emo started as the slang word for a style of music and fashion, so lets keep it that way.
