Death to annoying dogs and their owners

I know this is going to stir up the ****pot but you know what? I don't care.

Do you live near an annoying dog? One that barks constantly destroying the peace of your neighborhood. Or one that constantly ****s in your yard or the owner allows it to.

I propose a three strikes law for dogs breaking nationwide city ordinances. This concerns ordinances that govern noise abatement, disturbing the peace, leash laws and curbing dogs.

First offense: warning + $50 fine, 30 days community service (collecting dog **** in city park)

Second offense: $250 fine, dog(s) removed from residence for 15 days, 60 days community service

Third offense: $1500 fine, 90 Days in county jail, 1 year community service, dog(s) destroyed

I like dogs as much as the other person but the owners are pretty much the guilty ones and need to be punished and punished harshly. This is due in fact since most dog owners don't give a **** about anyone else. So **** their attitude and now they can suffer!!!! **** annoying dogs and their asshole owners!!!


All I'm saying is be responsible and respect others or suffer the consequences.
