I am fed up with hearing loud dog barks from my neighbors yard All F....g day long. I wake up to the disgusting and loud dog barks at crack of dawn ( NOT BY CHOICE) and I go to bed to the disgusting tune of Dog BARK. Our laws are not restrict enough, for these Scum Bags who break the laws and they are allowing these A..hole and Irresponsible dog owners GET AWAY WITH breaking the law. The Animal Control IS A JOKE! Your complaint is good for nothing. You must suffer for months or years at times before it ever goes to Court. They don't write the law, they say they enforce it. WHAT LAW? punishments are not severe enough for it to be a law. It's just a way to shut us up and say, we have city ordinance laws! IT IS WEAK AND THE BURDEN IS ON THE VICTIMS. Animal Control can't do much, WE NEED TO TAKE THE PETITION To the City Representatives and Make them change the law.

I burned a CD of the barking (repeating of course) and left it with a note saying that they could save all the $ on dog food if they got rid of them and just placed the cd in repeat mode. they would never know any difference !!

Im on here now because i dont know what to do about annoying neighbors and their loud brainless dogs. I have to work in a few hours and cant even sleep. It even bothers my cat and he cant speak up.

I support this petition. My next door neighbors had a pair of black labs who would bark constantly day and night. They would get into a frenzy barking ferociously and then they would lunge up against the chain link fence if I went outside on my property. The cops were called but nothing happened. Eventually the dogs attacked a young boy and the neighbors had to get rid of them. I'm going to recommend your petition in one of the comment sections on barkingdogs.net. Although I never thought about it. I've heard that you should never give a dog or cat chocolate. Because it's like poison to them. Is that true? I gave my dog a chocolate donut once, and nothing happened to her. If it can really hurt my lab, I won't do it again.
